How’s 1.6 treatin’ you?

i have barely touched it at all and i'm sad about that.... i followed its development pretty closely and know it did a BUNCH of stuff for mod authors that i was really excited to explore. but i've been suffering curse of Too Many Projects. one of my big timesinks is wrapping up in the next two weeks though, hopefully i'll have some time and i can report back!

Considering the recent targeted terminations against blogs run by transfems in the last couple of days (angel-athetos, fungalfaggot, coyote-roadkill, hound-mother, corpse-of-omelas-ageplayer and my previous blog, zebrabyopn3), some close friends and myself worked on a google form where users can make submissions for their terminated blogs. Too many of us have lost our blogs and everything in them, yet there's no existing record of blogs that have been terminated, so we want to change that. If you're not a transfem you can also answer, as we want data about all deleted blogs in general, like: the name of the banned blog, date of termination, and if there was a reason given or warning for the deletion (or not)

The form consists of 8 questions and takes around 3-5 minutes to answer. We'd appreciate sharing this with anyone that has been unfairly terminated, so we can create a record, so those blogs and their names can be remembered

i can’t believe ppl are still out here liking mayor lewis from stardew valley instead of mayor gale from my time at portia, a man who fucks severely, adores his citizens and is constantly trying to improve their quality of life, and is also an incredible dad that treats the builder like his own family

Been playing some #StardewValley and did not expect to grow that fond of this chicken-loving dork! I just had to pay tribute.

Shortly after uploading this I saw a post where someone mentioned how Mr. Qi is canonically a creepypasta character now. And like. Surely. If you've read my webcomic. You know I can't resist that.

love that the 1.6 update has basically told us that the farmer can read at an insane rate. Like that scene in the first episode of doctor who where 9 reads a whole book in a single second. So now I'm just imagining Elliott giving us a copy of the book he spent years writing and we read the entire thing in like 2 seconds and just go "yea it was good"

that the book disappears after they're done flipping through it suggests (to my brain) that the farmer has also eaten it as part of the knowledge-gaining ritual

everyone in the world sent me the sdv 1.6 release date notice. one of my old coworkers who left the company over a year ago texted it to me. grateful that everyone still understands my fundamental nature, even when i'm more of a memory than a person. that's love babey
