Introducing about self is the hardest thing for me to do. Especially when facing the audience, it is like they might going to eat me if I utter the words. Somebody may have confidence and deliver their words with articulation but for me, it is an opposite. I would need myself to muster a courage, taking a deep breath with smile and it is good to go. I may find myself to stutter midway of introduction but I call it a progression through the passing days. Because whenever I convey my words in front of the listeners, I know that I am improving and I expect that not only to the introduction but for the succeeding times that I have honed myself to be at my best.

I would like to begin my introduction with my name and school, of course: I am Elijah S. Millare, a third year college student, studying in St. Paul University of the Philippines taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics.

Moreover, I have some hobbies that I enjoy much of my time: Cooking foods, watching Korean drama series and movies, reading stories in Wattpad, solving Rubic's cube, I also like to play online games such as Mobile Legends, and lastly is that I really love playing chess much. I am proud to say that I have obtained some achievements by attending chess tournaments in the community. I also became a varsity player since my elementary days and I have reached PRISAA or regional competition nationwide—and I once attained regional again back in my senior high school days. Truly it was a spectacular and a memorable feeling for me to experience such as that. I also made some friends and of course it is a part of life where you meet other people to make memories.

Of course, I never forget my number one supporters in my life. I want to introduce you my loving and caring parents who tirelessly supporting me through my education. They are the reason why I got here now and I am near to the end of my course. Having my parents proud of me is the best feeling I can ever dream about and holding them as an assurance to myself is the best way to achieve my goals.

Now, what will I become 5 years from now? From the efforts I did and so to the future, I will become a successful teacher and a good instructor to my students. I believe in St. Paul University of the Philippines that studying here will make my dream come true because of my sister and my cousins was graduated at this university and attained their desired career. Because of that I also believe that in this school will help me to achieve my dream and that is to be a teacher. I am claiming it to God that I will be graduated as BACHELOR OF SECONDARY EDUCATION MAJOR IN MATHEMATICS.

Since I was in grade 6, I wanted to become a Mathematics teacher. One of my math teachers in elementary, gave me light to dream to become a teacher. That teacher inspired me to form that goal so I took Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics here at St. Paul University of the Philippines. The road to success comes through hard work, determination, and sacrifices. So continue to exert efforts because everything we do will make our dream come true.
