RESETS DON'T EXIST.

I just woke up with a revelation of some kind.

In the stanley parable resets don't exist. Everytime you come back it's like when the narrator talked to us in the skip button ending, he was able to see the other hims that exist across time and space.

It makes the epilogue real. As in, it explains it if the resets don't exist.

You just keep getting teleported back into the start of the timeline, the singularity.

It means that every existence keeps going, it doesn't restart, no one goes back, but the why do they all expect so? That's a real question, very interesting one.

The player is the only one that goes back is it? Or what if it is also the narrator?, that would also be able to explain the epilogue. Being the only in game creature that goes back.

Then becoming unable to see the difference between himself up until that moment.

Hm. Does he know about the player in that way? Does he control the reset? He must've. He's done so before but maybe it's a coincidence that no one knows the true pattern of.

My god I've just rambled on about this.
