5 miles....I haven’t ran 5 miles without stopping in close to 10 years. I’m training for a half marathon because I can do hard things. A couple months after Harper was born I got hit with Postpartum depression pretty hard. No one really knew except for my mom, husband and best friend. It’s a super scary thing to feel like you don’t have control over your brain. Getting through it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. So now, I’m running for my little family, but most importantly for me.
