Albus tried to ate his soup but couldn’t help watching you. Your eyes were narrowed, brows furrowed and your hand tightly around your spoon what made your knuckles turn white. He chuckled and you turned around to face him. “What?” you snarled. “Nothing nothing” he quickly said and tried to stop laughing as he finished his soup. “You’re jealous” he said when you turned to look at Scorpius again. “Jealous?” you asked without looking at Albus. “I’m not jealous!” “Sure” said Albus. “So you’re saying that you don’t have a crush on our best friend?” “That’s exactly what I’m trying to say, yes” you said seriously, but your face turned red. “Keep telling yourself that, love” said Albus. You sighed. “Listen” said Albus. “Why don’t you ask him out?” “Really Al?” you asked and he raised his eyebrows. “He doesn’t see me in that way, look at him” you gestured towards Scorpius who made Rose laugh. “He’s head over heals for Granger-Weasley” you said and rolled your eyes. “My niece? Nah he’s way too comfortable around her” laughed Al. “I’m almost a hundred percent sure he likes you” he said and wiped his mouth with his sleeve. “Thanks for trying to cheer me up Al” you said as you stood up and gave a light squeeze in his shoulder before returning to the Slytherin common room. 

“Oh hi there Al” said Scorpius who was putting on his pyjama’s. It was quite early and the boys were alone in their dorms. “Soooo when are you gonna ask (Y/N) out?” asked Albus straight to the point. Scorpius stopped halfway with pulling his shirt over his head. “What?” he mumbled before continuing. “You heard me” said Albus with a grin. “Oh uh” said Scorpius awkward and sat down on his bed. “I uh, don’t know.” “There’s a Hogsmeade trip coming up this weekend, maybe you can ask her” Albus suggested. “Erh yeah, I guess. Goodnight” “���Night”

“Okay there she is” said Albus. “Now go!” he pushed Scorpius towards you and he bumped into you. “Oh hi Scor” you greeted him cheerfully. “H- Hi (Y/N)” he said, gave a glance towards Albus  who walked away, and ran his hand through his blond hair. “Are you joining me to Hogsmeade tomorrow?” he asked casually. “Oh.. Well someone asked me out and I said yes. I’ll go with you and Al again next time okay?” she said. “I didn’t mean with Al, I meant together.. but yeah okay! Who asked you out?” Scorpius asked and tried to sound exited. 

“Wait, what?” asked Albus confused. “Someone asked her out and she said yes” repeated Scorpius. “Yeah I heard that, but I don’t understand it. She was supposed to say yes!” “Yeah I really did hope that too mate, but it looks like sh-” “Who asked her out?” interrupted Albus him. “James” “James who?” “Your brother James” “WHAT!?”

“So, you want a butterbeer or something?” asked James who, for the third time already, tried to grab your hand. “Eh.. yeah that’s fine” you said awkwardly and hold your own hand, so he couldn’t try to grab it anymore. You didn’t feel comfortable around James, he was charming and handsome yes, but you rather be here with Scorpius. You wanted to say yes to his offer of course, but he probably just wanted to go as friends. You and James walked into the three broomsticks when you saw Scorpius and Albus. “(Y/N)!” said Albus and waved at you. “Let’s join them” said James as he walked towards the two boys. Well.. that’s awkward. Being with your date, the guy you like and the brother of your date, the two boys also happen to be your best friends. You awkwardly took place in front of Scorpius and locked eyes with him for a moment. “I’ll go get some butterbeers” said James. “I’ll join!’ said Albus quickly who followed his brother. “So.. you and James?” asked Scorpius. “Oh erhm.. Well this is our first date but it’s not really going well” “Oh..” “Yeah..” the two of you were silent for a moment. “Okay listen up” said Scorpius after a moment, he grabbed one of your hands that was laying on the table. You lightly jumped in your seat and looked at him. “I like you okay? I was trying to ask you out yesterday but-” you shook off his hand, cupped his cheeks and pressed your lips against his hardly. “Oi! You’re stealing my date!” you heard and slowly let go of Scorpius. He was red, frozen and stared at you with wide eyes. “That went easier than expected” said James as he held his hand up. Albus sighed, took some coins out of his pocket and gave it to James. “Have a nice relationship you two” he winked, clapped in front of Scorpius to make him wake up out of his trance, and left. “You!’ you said while pointing your finger at Albus. “You did this!” “Yes I did” he said and grinned. “But ho-” this time you were cut off by Scorpius who seemed to didn’t have enough with one kiss. “I was the one who had to kiss you, it wasn’t fair” he whispered.

Summary: You don't turn up to Scorpius' dorm after class to study, He gets more worried than he should've.

A/N: This is my first post! This is pretty bad and it hasn't been proofread so, sorry if you find any mistakes.

“Helloo baby!" Nobody replied, “Bub? Scorp's here!” Once more, nobody replied. “Why isn’t she here? she always comes to study with me after classes, I hope she didn’t forget.”. he sat blankly at his desk, biting his lip while bouncing his leg up and down not being able to shake the thought that maybe she really did forget this time. "C'mon, be patient Scorpius, she can't be too far away."

The light slowly faded from the castle, the moon was now peeking over the black lake and the sun had gone down which only made Scorpius worry more about your whereabouts, His breaths got faster as horrifying thoughts crossed his mind. “Did someone take her?” “Did I say something wrong?” "No, no, no she’s probably in danger right now and there's nothing I can do!".

“Think Scorpius, think, if you were Y/n where would you go... The Library! That’s it! Why didn’t I think of that before!”. He sat up straight in his seat and ran as fast as he could to the library. As he ran from empty classroom to empty classroom, utensils clinked against plates and bowls as students rushed out of the great hall up to their dormitories and the scent of delicious stew filled his senses. “Students to bed, Students to bed.” Filch yelled as Scorpius tried to get himself out of view, “oh no, I need to be quick”. He ran to the library and slid through the nearly closed door, He walked through the walkway, peeked around a bookshelf, and found a very tired y/n in her usual spot near the herbology book section. Scorpius took off his Jumper and wrapped it tenderly around her exposed shoulders. “Hey y/n, I missed you!” he mumbled, excited to see her though it had only been 4 hours since their last class together. “Oh, hey Scorp, sorry I didn’t come to your dorm today, I lost track of time.” She exclaimed gazing at him full of guilt. "It's alright bub, That happens to me too, Come here.”

“Get off each other, off to bed with the two of you.” Scowled Madam Pince interrupting their loving moment. Scorpius gently lifted Y/n off the ground and took her to his dormitory for the night.

“Night night, Y/n, I love you.”

“Night, Night Scorp, Love you too.”
