Ending my fast today
I ended my water fasting today I dropped down 2 pounds.
All I’ve had today is
Herbal crackers- 90 calories
Juice box- 60 calories
Daily total- 130
Its it’s higher than I’d like but still a little low.

Day two of diet
Breakfast: ice Carmel coffe- 160 calories
Oatmeal bar- 150
Lunch- green tea- 0 calories
Dinner- green tea - 0 calories
Snack- ice and salt- 0 calories
Total- 310 calories
I had so many calories today! I’m so fat! I’m gonna water fast tomorrow, if you see this wish me luck!
