CONCLUSION
How have key principles and methods used in the field of design thinking been evident in the project for you? 
I think the key principles and methods really shaped how i approached this assessment and the direction it’s taken me to get to my final project. Throughout this assignment i learnt a bunch of new tools that allowed me to gain a understanding on how to take on this assignment. An example was by making surveys and allowing a bunch of people answer and see how they would respond to the questions, which gave me the information i needed to gain a high understanding for where i wanted to take my assignment. I used survey monkey to make the survey and also get the link to send it out to people, i sent the survey out on a discord server that i am on. I also used my own findings, which were article,YouTube videos and Ted talks which allowed me to further my project. The principles and method we were told to use was the Double Diamond model for our assignments, which allowed me to layout my project out well and plan it all out.
What are the key moments of insight you have gained in the project? Here you can refer to particular activities, readings or collaboration.
I had gained a few key moments of insight throughout the production of this project, one of the key moments would have been using surveys to gain all new information about my topic in such a easy and simple way. its easy because your able to post it anyway and even get family member to do it which allows you to get a bunch of different and distinct answers to the questions that you put on said survey. Another thing that I've gained from this project would be the fact that games are used a lot, such things being used for the army, air force and even used by scientists. The army uses games to teach and train new soldiers in a safe environment and even teach them how to take on a threat in a safe way. Another key finding i found was that Minecraft has it’s own education edition, which schools could use to teach classes, such as maths, science and so on. Which allowed me to think of new ways on approaching this project and who would i want to target with this project.
Describe design thinking. How do you now understand this and how is this relevant to your own design practice?
As a whole i feel like i could learn a lot from projects like this, as they make me think and gave me a whole new perspective to look through when it comes to thinking of a design. Design thinking allowed me to see that there a bunch of different ways to look at a problem and  even solve said problems, which would allow me to think of different solutions for future projects and assignments. Design thinking has truly open a bunch of new doors when it comes to going about doing a project/ assignment, which has really allowed me to better my work as a whole.

What is Robot Fun?
Robot fun is a company that goes around to schools and teaches students how technology could be helpful in today’s day and age and how we could use the to solve problems. They do this in a all new way by making it into a game or even give the students a problem to solve, they also teach students how to code and the benefits that come with learning programming.
How would they teach the classes?
They would teach the classes by using robots that use simple code to do something and even have the student programme what the robots do, an example for this would be the robot Cozmo. Who is a AI robot that has emotion and can do different things like move blocks and pick them up, you’re even able to control Cozmo by linking your phone or tablet to him. They would use Cozmo for younger years and with the older years actual robots that need to be coded by the students do actually do something.

 The skills that students could learn from having Robot fun visit there schools, could be programming, problem solving, team building and its fun for all ages.

5 ideas that could Solve the wicked problem:
An idea that could be used to solve the wicked problem of video games being used in the education system as a new way of teaching.
Lessons using games to teach:
First idea would have school based their lesson around using games or technology to teach the class room, an example being to implement  Minecraft the game to teach a class and even allowing kids to explore what they could do. i wouldn’t have enough time to make a survey monkey and even interview teachers of schools to get information about the topic and how it could be used in classes, and how would the classes be structured.
PBL (Project Based learning):
Second idea that could be used to take on this wicked problem would be having a subject where the children are able to work on a portfolio of sort for the year and design and make there own project like a PBL (Project Based learning) subject.  i would have to do interview with schools that already are trying to use PBL in there classes and there is only two weeks left for this assignment it would be hard to get a interview with them. 
Board games:
Third idea have board games be made to teach students about whats happening in there environment around them and what could be done to prevent these problems from continuing or even teach having them look at these problems from a complete different angle. To come up with all the rules and applying all the mechanics for the actual board game its self and how it could teach students about different topics would take way too long and to test the board game to see if it works, there is just not enough time.
Make games to teach a class:
Fourth idea would having the students themselves to create a game or video to show off there work or even do a assignment. An example would be having a student make a game that is based around putting atoms together for a science assignment, just so students have more freedom when doing there school work or assignments. To make a game within 2 weeks or less is near impossible, this is why i won’t be preceding with this idea as there is no time and there is too much work to be done. 
Using Robots to help teach problem solving:
Fifth idea would consist of using a simple programmable robot to preform tasks such as picking up objects or completing a maze. Students would be utilising problem solving skills to achieve different tasks. E.g. simple coding of the robot to overcome an obstacle, or calculating the shortest route to a destination. I’m planning to make a business that goes around to schools and teaches classes on how to use the robots for problem solving and even teaching coding to the students. This also will allow student to learn a bunch of different skills and could even be presented as a game and be fun for all ages.

Stage two: Define
WHAT is the problem?
Due to the rise of technology advancements, the younger generation are glued to phones, computers and other electronic devices, all day, every day. They start to drift away from learning and school. Instead of taking away such devices, why don’t they implement them in the classroom and teach them how to utilise it to design for the future. There is an abundance of games that could be used to help and teach new skills to kids and teens, and even keep them all engaged with the work. 
WHY is it happening?
The reason why this is happening is because of the world advancing, creating and exploring new technologies, and pushing all these new devices towards the younger generations and telling them that is what they need.
WHO is the audience?
The target audience is the education system, students, teachers and parents. As they will be the only ones that could make this happen and show how games could be used in a class room to teach new things and actually make it fun but also teach kids with autism and ADHD, as this will make them more engaged with the work in the classroom.

Which matters most? 
showing how game could improve and teach the youth how to make and design things for the future, and even teaching and keeping the younger kids and teen engaged while learning. As technology is such a big part of the youth nowadays. teaching kids and teens about world problems and showing how they would have an impact on the future. 
Which should we act on first? 
The first thing we should act on is trying to integrate games into classrooms and having teachers use them to teach students, as it would be a new way of learning and make lessons more engaging which will allow students to learn new skills. another thing that could be acted upon is showing how games could help and improve the education system, as some kids have ADHD, Autism, and etc but with games being used to teach them they would be able to stay focused for longer.
What is feasible?
what would be feasible would beg having schools integrate some sort of class where they use games to teach such being minecraft, as minecraft has it own education edition which has a bunch of things that allow kids to learn maths, science which includes the periodic table. There are already games out there that cater for different topics and can teach new things and even make it fun to learn.

Stage One: Discover
What are the 5 key findings you have discovered during this phase? 
From all the articles i took a look at and read, i got to understand how different problems could be approached and solved by using games as a whole to approach and solve these problems and how they could be used to better the education system. such ways being, having board games integrated into class rooms to teach about environmental problems and how these problems could be fixed or prevented. This won’t just stop at environmental problems it could as teach about a wide range of wicked problems that affect everyone. 
Even use some game like Minecraft to teach a whole class or allow the children to solve a problem creatively by making something or understanding the problem. Minecraft even has a education edition for the game, which allows teacher to teach science and the periodic table. Having this be used in the classroom allows a new way of teaching which could be better, as technology is a big part of everyone's lives and is used mainly for entertainment but by teaching children and teens how to use it to make and design something new that could possibly change the world. 
majority of the youth own electrical devices and start to use them at a young age. schools and teachers could teach kids and teens about more sensitive topics but add a more lighthearted spin to it. With games being integrated and used by the military to defuse situations in a more safe environment and even know the surroundings that they will be put into it. Another example is how pilots use games to teach how the basics about flying in a safe environment and is more hands on. 
There have been countless times where games have been used to solve a problem or come close to solving a problem, such being a game where the player has to put molecules together to make a vaccine for cancer and other diseases. scientists have used this game to allow them to come step closer to find the cure for cancer and other diseases.
