Actually multiple reports of threads, topics, and sites including documentation links had already been filed, including by myself, before sending the support email. The only request in the email was to strengthen the language around Article II Section G regarding what constitutes child pornography and exploitation to be in line with larger creative content providers such as Reddit and Tumblr. If Jcink does not make these changes, the TOS can, will, and is already being used by actual predators to defend heinous behavior that WILL get Jcink shut down by its domain provider. Do you really want to risk losing the service entirely so that one person can play out her sick and twisted fantasies?

the person who involved jcink administration did so in an irresponsible and lazy way. congrats on your virtue signaling, here’s your gold star. ⭐️ you provided zero information on what actually happened, even though screenshots of the post/app were available on tattler and instead assumed other people had informed john and co. of the details. you used language designed to make it seem unreasonable for the jcink team to disagree with your opinion and led them to think there was a culture of csa fantasies being explicitly written out on a site they host. what was written was gross but it wasn’t explicit, it was implied. i’m not saying we should tolerate that kind of content in the jcink rpc, but you escalated it exponentially.

The push is to bring Jcink TOS in line with other text-based content hosting sites like Tumblr, Reddit, and even Discord. All of these platforms allow mature content to a degree. None of these platforms allow any form of written content that contains themes of harming minors. If Jcink does not make these changes, the TOS can, will, and is already being used by actual predators to defend heinous behavior that WILL get Jcink shut down by its domain provider. running to john jcink and leading him to believe that full-blown graphic child sex fantasies were being written on a jcink hosted site is entirely out of pocket. you're going to get mature content of any kind prohibited when the community was already self-regulating and dealing with the problem.
