I am very humorous, thank you. I can't exactly say the same for you.
Ah. How sweet. I think there’s so much wrong with your sense of humor. No biggie, I can fix that with some time.

It usually eases up by spring term. Are you, um, new here?
They really do pile on the work here, don’t they?

Oh, I don't know. The cold never bothered me much. And it's nice, when running, it keeps you from getting too, um, hot.
It’s actually a really nice day outside! I can finally run around without freezing half to death. Score!

Mm. Not every Sunday. Maybe once every two weeks?
There should be a law
that makes Sundays lazy days, every week.

It's lovely, there, isn't it?
Well finally made my way to the bookshop in town, safe to say I could quite happily live in there.

Oh, um, no. I – [looks away to try to hide her repulsion, but fails] ew. He’s so… slimy. Too slimy. And it isn’t even slime, but mucus! They do that to retain moisture, and, um, it’s gross. Well, [shudders and turns ever-so-slightly to glance at them, a small smile appearing] I’m glad that he’ll be alright, then.
What? You don’t have to go after talking! You can stay! It’s not gross. Look at him! He’s so cute! He’s smaller than the palm of my hand and he was just wandering out here all alone. I have a little bowl to put him in for now. I took soil and water from around where I found him, as well as some of that grass that was in the water. I don’t know if there’s a pet store around here.

I can only imagine. Sadly, we’re not all as fortunate as you.
It’s so nice to have my own dorm.

Oh, wow. Um. Two things, and then I’m gone, okay? First of all, that's disgusting. Oh, God. Gross. Secondly, do you have a proper place to put it, then? Since you, um, found it. It will need soil and water from its former habitat.
Alright. I'm done. Sorry.
Look at this! Look who I found! I shall name him Squishy, and he shall be my Squishy.

He was a winter wind,
Concerned with ice and snow,
Dead weeds and unmated birds,
And little of love could know.
