i get a lot of questions asking if i can make templates available for free/base accounts! here's some info on that:

i do not get to choose what account they're available for. if a template is a pro-lite+ i can't change that unless i remove elements.

i can make templates with a goal in mind, and i typically try to make them as simple as possible so they can be easy to edit, and more or less cost effective (or completely free!) but there's no live element counter or anything. sometimes i make a thing and it exceeds the 50 element limit. i'm typically too lazy to try and count the elements and try to make it for base accounts.

i get a 70% commission from account upgrades and payments. apparently that is important info to some youse.

my templates are always pay what you want, unless stated otherwise for whatever reason. again, i try to make my templates as accessible as possible within my (and carrd's) means. sometimes i means making templates that are available for pro-lite+ accounts only. sometimes.

it's very very very rare i'll remake a template just to make it base account friendly. i spend a stupid amount of time on these, and it's more time consuming to try and meticulously tweak them and figure out which element is available for what subscription!

hi gang, it's been brought to my attention that forsythia is giving folks trouble. it is an old template, and carrd has updated some of its functions and features since i released this. for the time being, i will be discontinuing it and reworking it!

if you have this template downloaded, it may be removed from your library.

hi i don’t know if it’s normal but the credits on the bottom right don’t show when I customize your carrd template, is it ok if a wrote the credits in the guidelines?

hey yeah that's ok! sometimes the templates make textboxes clear etc etc so it can do that. as long as my credit is somewhere clear i'm fine wherever it goes <333 thx sweetheart!

is there a way that you could ever be able to make the forsythia carrd eligible for pro standard? it's my favorite one but, well, i don't have plus 😭

i don't know if you were asked this before for this specific carrd or a different one, but i'm just curious!

unfortunately i can't change how carrd's memberships work and what they're eligible for. since forsythia has some css to it, it's only available for pro standard. there is a chance i can tweak it and make something similar, but it won't have like half of the features on there and i fear it would mess up the vibes. i'll play around with it and see what i can do though :}

i just discovered your blog, while looking for free / affordable carrd templates and i must say, i was blessed ! i've only used pink diamond so far, but i'm extremely pleased with the outcome ! aesthetic and simple to customise to one's liking ! thank you so much for creating stuff ! ♡♡♡

just wanted to say that it's nice seeing a resource blog that doesn't use small text in every single post. really love the accessibility that aesthetics sometimes don't offer certain groups like me.
