And it seemed the very moment she had decided to experiment, a new slayer had appeared. Gods damn it. What absolutely inopportune, moronic timing on her part - she would definitely need to lay low for the time being.

She would glance at the glass of the liquid she had just brewed, a dark brow furrowing as she debated experimenting so haphazardly with the serum. Of course there would be caveats for taking on this transformation, even if temporary and with her wits still about her. A deep sigh before she would imbibe the potion in a swift swig, visage contorting in disgust at the horrid flavor. Well, at least nothing yet.

But perhaps ten minutes later, she would begin to feel a most peculiar, queasy feeling settling in her stomach. With the gum around her canines beginning to feel strained and sore as the transformation commenced.

And now, before the mirror, she would begin to notice a mere vague outline in place of where her full reflection one stood. Fingertips lightly brush against her elongated canines, and as she did so she felt her blood turn cold for perhaps more reason than one. Light olive skin would additionally transition towards pallor. Wavy, raven locks would also cascade downwards a few more inches in accordance with this newly found entropy.

Thankfully, the effect would be short-lived, at least assuming she had executed the creation of the draught without flaw. This could prove useful in the future, especially when the need arose to infiltrate a certain sanguivorous curmudgeon's castle.

And somewhere in the abode, a distant ancestor is silently shrieking.

Sometimes I ponder about a scenario in which Nad for whatever reason needs to infiltrate an event/ball attended by high-profile vampires - and takes it upon herself to research and look into creating a concoction or potion enabling her to temporarily pass as a vampire herself (or vampire-lite at least). But then also drama/hilarity ensues if she were to inadvertently cross paths with a slayer not realizing she is undercover skdlfj

Definitely also wish to explore more scenarios to expand upon possibilities/interactions in other gothic/vampiric worlds, and how her core default background as a sorceress and cautious slayer of malevolent supernatural creatures might play into various media.
