Hori Split Pad Pro

I bought a hori split pad pro (I already have the binbok controller or however you spell it - but it just felt so cheap and plastic and I heard the hori feels SLIGHTLY less cheap) and it's coming in the mail tomorrow. another thing that's coming is vinyl pink stickers to put on the back of my switch so my switch oled backplate doesn't scratch up. i also bought a case where the hori split pad fits the oled. im praying i didn't waste money and hope i like the split pad. i miss playing handheld but since i got the pro controller i can't go back to the joycons - too scared of drift lol. im crazy i know. I will miss the rumble feature - it's on the binbok controller but it feels terrible when it vibrates - even when turning the vibration down. I also like how the hori has softer thumbgrips and the binbok is cheap plastic.

i swear to god if this split pad pro (i got the pikachu and evee one) scratches the back of my switch somehow my ocd will go crazy. why am i so ocd about technology. ugh.

Restarting my Island Day #2

I've had acnh since March 20, 2020 (release day, literally started playing at midnight) so it was time to restart.. also Nintendo refused to give me my save data when I got a new OLED so I had to restart anyway lol. I honestly am loving AC again and I think I will post some stuff on this journey. My island name is Seapines! It has a yellow airport and cherries. Last time, my island name was Maine (it's a sentimental name as when I was 9 and first started playing animal crossing - I'm 22 now - that was my island name on Wild World so it's stuck with me since) and I had a green airport and pears. The yellow airport is okay, as long as I didn't get green again I was happy. I'll post my starting map in my next post. But now I'm super addicted to this game again and feel extremely broke, but at least I'm not raining in bells with nothing to do like I was on my last island.
