”Yeah Dad I know.” She said with a sad look on her face. ”Just promise that you will make sure that she comes out of her room at eats something.” She said tucking a strand of hair out of her face when she a familiar face standing there. ”Alright dad, I gotta go.” She hung up the phone and looked down. ”How much of that did you hear?”
Emi shifted uncomfortably, as the petite brunette, adjacent, spoke on her phone, whilst she, unintentionally, overheard the conversation— Emi felt bad, after all, she wouldn't want someone listening in on her phone conversations, but she'd frozen, and when the unknown girl spoke, Emi shrugged awkwardly. "Enough to be concerned..."

Well, are you in need of a work out buddy? Babe, you do not. Am I now? good.
I think a work out body would be awesome, who enjoys looking disgustingly sweaty on their own? Not me, that's for sure. How do you know? It's not like you've seen my stomach before. No! It's not good, I look dumb, whilst you look like Mr. Perfect.

Liz: I can go for hours, tbh
Emi: That wouldn't have been pretty...
Emi: Don't make me feel more unfit than I already do!

What are you even doing on a work out plan? Your body is amazing..
I need to get toned and fit— feel like I'm going to pass out after just walking up the stairs. Are you mental? I jiggle like a fucking jello. You're making me blush saying that, though.

Liz: Well, she went to a school really up north, so we'd only see each other in competitions. She didn't come across that way, and for that, I'm grateful.
Liz: Hell yeah, this will be great
Emi: Oh, thank the lord for that. I think you had a lucky escape there!
Emi: We'll both probably be beat after half an hour, haha.

It’s official! My dad takes the cake, though he needs to lay off the cake, if we’re being honest here.

From the way his stomach was wobbling, agreed— try and convince him to go on some sort of work out plan... He could even join me on mine.

"Oh, sorry!" Emi stuttered, snapping out of her gaze— which she'd been in for God knows how long— "No, you're fine where you are." The girl took a seat besides the stranger, reflecting the smile that was sent in her direction. "Looks like I'm loosing the plot," Emi added, a small laugh escaping her lips, "What you doing here?"
"Can I help you…?" Rosie asked softly, sitting up from where she was laying across one of the stone benches in the courtyard. Turning around to look at the eyes she felt on her, she gave the face a timid smile. "I can move if you want…?"

Liz: Thankfully, I never saw her again, the next year was when I was enrolled here. Oh my god, that sounds brutal, especially since it was her mom.
Liz: Alrighty!
Emi: Phew! I don't think your life would have been easy, otherwise— Especially if she was a queen bee, or some shit.
Emi: I'm actually pretty pumped.

"Is that an abnormal quality to have?" August asked. His tone sounded bored, although he wouldn’t have opened his mouth if he wasn’t inviting conversation. He waited for the girl to do something annoying like open a chip bag or chew loudly so he could get up and leave, before her question threw him off guard. At first he opened his mouth to answer in German, before he shut it, and inspected her, before responding, finally. "Why?"

"Not at all, didn't say it was." Emi spoke, matching the tone of his voice with hers, after all, why should she come across all enthusiastic? Especially when that's something that clearly wasn't necessary. However, it didn't bother her in the slightest, she just took it as a 'thing' and brushed it off, pushing the conversation forward. "You're accent is pretty prominent— I could tell, for one." Emi noted, resting her head on the palm of her hand, before continuing. "My mum is a huge fan of Germany, I couldn't tell you why, but she's spent a lot of time over there. It's her rule to visit at least twice a year, mainly because she has a lot of friends there, so—" Emi cut herself off, realizing that she was rambling a little, which wasn't really appropriate, considering they were in a library, so she stopped and waited for a response, instead.
