hey, y’all! i’ve got an exciting announcement to make!!

i’ve posted a few times about my upcoming seraphim ace (designated s-flame) fic, titled heaven down an angel. it’ll be a multi-chap story starting with an egghead arc rewrite, followed by a journey throughout the grand line and beyond. however, what i haven’t shared yet is this: i’ve got a partner in crime for this monstrosity! meet my close friend and amazing artist nera (@njere), who will be illustrating this fic!!

requiem for lab rats by @missingn000 - what if sanji fought king instead of queen? what if they realized they were traumatized by the same man? WHAT THEN? this is an incredible fight scene and character study

is there anything so undoing as a daughter by @missingn000 - doflamingo & baby 5 from crocodile's pov. this fic made me insane, i can't recommend it enough

it's only blood by @missingn000 - goth family (mihawk & zoro & perona), this fic is absolutely beautiful

Make A Fuss, Why Don't You? by Hazel_Athena - sanji wants to dote on zoro, and zoro wants to be doted on, but neither of them know how to communicate that (they figure it our eventually though)

Beetle Brothers Comic

Chapter 1

WOW!!!! this took a long-ass time, literally ive been working on it on and off for over a year now, and i have a lot more for it, but i wanted to post this on my biiirthdayyyy!!! Eveyone has to wish me a happy birthday or else im not making the upcoming chapters~

i dont know when im gonna get the rest of it posted, but this comic is the main reason why a couple wittb hiatuses happened lol

I'm gonna work on the next part of this little by little so that my attention is focused on wittb for now. i prob couldve gotten more of this done if i hadn't went on vaca but whhhatevaaa~ (or if i didnt have to work but i dont have control over that) besides, I'm sure if i had used that full time draw it, my hand would be attatched to my wrist with duct tape, a dream and a prayer. Even with what i have now, it look me about 51 hours to complete, crasy.

Most of the time I spent working on this went to figuring out angles of hats, pipes, background, and face angles. Bashing my head against a wall over those.

I'm takin it easy now however! i am bummed that i didn't get to The Goods in this post though.

IT'S MY AND @emma-cowboylikeme 's BIRTHDAY!!!

it was so wild to meet a close friend online who not only lives near me, but also shares all my interests AND shares my mf BIRTHDAY. we're gonna have a blast today and it started off with this beloved monstrosity. had such a blast making this!

combined with all the combing manga chapters + cleaning + redrawing + arranging, this ridiculous thing probably took me around 15-20 hours, and every SECOND of it was worth it. i truly had so much fun, and emma and i cracked up throughout the whole process. enjoy the insanity!

i've kinda always wanted to write a fic and title it "i never let anybody in (somehow you got under my skin)" - lyrics from the song "North" by Clairo - but the problem is, i've yet to write a fic that fits this title and i don't know if i ever will. i just love that song so much and there are so many good lyrics that could be fic titles...

I'm an absolute sucker for clingy zoro, so here's some wholesome zosan brainrot

zoro will go and sleep in the kitchen when he knows sanji's there because he likes the sound of him moving around

while sanji's doing something that requires staying in one spot a while(e.g. washing dishes), zoro will just sit behind him and rest his head on his shoulder

likewise he'll find sanji sitting and just lie down in his lap for a catnap

sometimes he just sits in his lap and fall asleep, hugging like a koala, which means sanji just carries him around whenever he needs to move

they go shopping together when there's too much food and because zoro gets lost so much he will grab onto sanji's jacket when it gets too crowded

sanji will hold or fidget with zoro's fingers because he knows it helps him fall asleep

after a long and tiring battle sanji will insist all of them take showers but zoro never actually washes himself he just soaks in the water, so sanji just goes in to wash him wish soap and shampoo properly

(bonus↑)zoro would never say it out load but he loves being taken care of, especially having his hair washed

hey everyone! now that i've finally made some measurable progress, i wanted to share with y'all that i've recently picked up bookbinding as a hobby! 

my first bind is of my recent one piece oneshot requiem for lab rats, a what-if character study & action fic for if king fought sanji instead of zoro during the raid on onigashima. that fic is my BABY, truly my pride and joy, so i thought i'd be a good place to start.

here are a few snapshots of the typeset! above is the inner cover & quote page, and below i've shared some of my favorite interior spreads -- there are 21 (very painstakingly cleaned, redrawn, spliced, and edited) manga panel illustrations throughout the typeset. can't wait to share more once it exists as a hard copy, and i'll post the completed typeset for free download once it's finished if anyone wants to bind it themselves!

(shoutout to @umbrace-rambles for drawing the fic's icon, a little angel lab rat with king's wings and a tail curled like sanji's brows <3)
