I got to shift a few times in the last few months sooo.

I haven’t updated my PVRIS DR in awhile so here’s what’s been happening.

We are around early 2022. So a few months behind my CR. I start writing anywhere but here and Lynn starts writing animal. At this time I’m also writing for other artists and becoming more of a producer role. Me and Lynn have become the moms of the fandom as we deal with issues from our record label as the label I work for Hopeless records decides to sign us and help us get out our creative vision we wanted for Pvris. At this time the European tour is rescheduled. We end up being in LA for a month and doing a few shows and even the when we were going test in Las Vegas. Where we both were matching suits and Brian makes fun of us.

Interviewer: so Lynn, rumors are going around between you and your best friend and drummer of your band, Emma, of you two being together. What do you have to say?

Lynn: there isn’t much to say, she’s my best friend, my soulmate. I mean I am wearing her leather jacket now might I add.

Interviewer: are you confirming you two are together?

Brian: yes they are, lynn won’t say it so I will. You wouldn’t imagine the noises they make at night

Story from PVRIS DR

August 8,2021

Columbus Ohio.

I am running around backstage, making sure everything is going to run smoothly for the show tonight. This one was special to me. It was my home show. And a few of my best friends and family members would be in the audience. Soon I stop at me and Lynn’s guitars, picking up each one to make sure they are in tune just how Lynn likes them. Meanwhile Lynn and Brian are the last of the meet and greet. Soon I’m handed my earpiece. As I put one in, dangling the other around my neck. Soon I hear the family voice of Brian coming by saying,”where’s my bass?” As I say,”behind Lynn’s guitar. Just finished tuning it.” Brian nods as a thank you and says,”Lynn wanted to see you, dressing room.” I look up at him,”thanks.” As I make my way to the dressing room.

Before entering I knock. As I open it. Seeing Lynn getting ready. As I say,”Brian said you needed me?” Lynn was looking away as she turns around,”one. Who gave you the right to look that hot. Two. You okay? Justin told me you seem panicked.” I laugh slightly and walk over as I warp my arms around her from behind,”just nervous about my family seeing me. Especially my aunt. You know how she was when it came out we got married.” Lynn kisses my cheek as she says,”yeah, I remember.” Soon there’s a knock on the door saying,”Emma it’s your turn to come out. Lynn you have less then 5” as I groan. As I head out. As I was putting on my guitar. Grabbing a pic. I look at Lynn. As our pre-show tradition. We share a quick kiss before I head out. Starting to play monster.

During the show

The show was going smoothly. Till after use me we hit some technical difficulties as I hear it through our earpieces. I share a look to Brian across stage. As they offer a idea for me to talk to the audience while they fix things. Lynn handing me her mic as I say,”Looks like Lynn here wants me to talk. Anyway hello!” As the crowd went wild. And for the first time all show. I locked eyes with my aunt. Lynn upon seeing this. Steps closer to me. As I add,”some of you may know. This is my home show. I’m from Ohio myself. A few of my childhood friends and some family are in the audience. Some of them have never seen me perform. Unless your lauren. Who been to a dozen of my shows since the beginning. That’s my best friend” soon things are back to normal.

The rest of the show goes smoothly. Afterwards I get to see Lauren and the family and a few friends that came.

“Yeah. Emmas a special soul. She’s been there for me for a really long time. She left Ohio at 16 and moved in with me at 16 in Boston so we could work on music together. It wasn’t long after that that we both came out to one another. I didn’t know till years later. That’s when Emma knew she wanted me forever.

But as the years past. According to Brian, we were pretty oblivious about one another’s feelings till 2017. When Emma, who will kill me for saying this, got drunk and told me. But when she sobered up the next morning. We admitted our feelings for one another.

But overall. I knew from the day we were 18, this was the woman I wanted to spend my life with. She’s extremely creative, loving, she has a huge heart. She inspires me everyday. She’s in the room next door. If you listen closely. You can hear her playing her drums. She’s been practicing for our album livestreams.”

Around this time I hear Lynn and yell,”hey I heard that!” As I come in. In only a bra and sweatpants holding my drumsticks as I kiss her cheek and wave to the camera as she says, “and here’s the woman herself Emma Gvnn. My amazing wife.” As I smile slightly and say, “don’t let her fool you. She’s the amazing one.” As I kiss her head before going back to practice.
