***(watched it 'cause I'm interested in the culture, but it's a sit-com and Canadian. So double cheesy (but ok if you don't feel like thinking much, and I love Canada anyway))

**** (one or two episodes too long, the music is essential to creating the suspense, but it's nerve-wracking (even if the character development is also pivotal). The last episode is metal, as is expected from the devious mind of cute, innocent-looking Mike White. He goes darker and more existential in this season (with a pinch of soap-opera). Nepo baby Schwarzenegger is surprisingly good, but Parker Posey, Carrie Coon and Sam Rockwell totally steal the show. Loyal to the series at this point, but it's definitely not easy to watch)

****(Berlin is a cesspool, at least part of it. This show is really well made and doesn't sugarcoat it in the least)

**** (interesting and intense from a sociological pov. I really like adult Pixar stuff like Soul, and this one is about how awesome kids are and softball, so double thumbs up)

*****(impeccable cast, amazing photography and atmosphere, thought-provoking, creepy, with a subtle, bizarre humor... just great. when the gringos do interesting stuff, they do it really well. season 2 is next level)
