Okay, this is an important question, but how many dogs did you film with on Cruella…
@emmjstn
I don’t know if I can take telling you the truth, Ty. Something tells me your heart won’t be able to handle the cold, hard facts.

Thank you! Make sure you get it on camera if it ever does happen. I’m trying to build my street cred. That makes me feel a little better that I’m not the only one who can’t run for a full thirty minutes. Oh, you should hear my mom go on and on about how my brother was the perfect baby, but she couldn’t sleep more than a couple hours at a time for nearly the first year of my life. Yes, I am from a town where we could get a foot of snow and school wouldn’t be called off, but I am by no means Elsa. In fact, I am “Anna”, and yes, I am chuckling at my stupid joke. LA has ruined me.
I promise I will. I think following you in a car while you run will really boost you ahead in life. I just don’t trust anyone who can run for a full thirty minutes and still be happy about it. They need to sit down and explain to me what’s going on with their life that they’re this excited to run. I’m not at all surprised by this, Anna. Does your mom get to sleep now? Something tells me you still call her in the middle of the night whenever random thoughts pop into your brain. Well I’m proud of you for moving to LA the second you could. Nobody needs to live in a town where you get snow like that. Please, lets forever keep Frozen puns alive. I don’t care how played out it gets.

Zoom is just way too much on its own. Who came up with that? I’m not a fan of video-calling, really. It was part of my contract in Once Upon a Time, didn’t have to meet anyone but I had to do social media promotion and interactions, so it’s just stuck since. Not nearly as much, though. No sleep with newborns is always really rough, I’ve been through it twice but luckily I had my ex-wife to help out. So anything that brings laughter and keeps you from crying over the deprivation is worth it. I love being a parent though, it is absolutely worth the struggle. Some of it is ridiculous, but I’ll send the good ones. It does, especially large bodies of water such as the ocean. Would not want to be stuck out there in the middle of it with creatures larger than me.
It really is. For the longest time I didn’t realize the mute function was controlled by whoever was hosting it. So I’d have calls where I could mute and calls where I couldn’t. The ones where I can’t be in control and mute when I need to are the worst. Oh, I get it. I have a ton of friends on the socials who really didn’t want to get them but once they did for work or whatever they just stuck around because they’d ended up liking it. I imagine you had to do quite a bit of social promotion though, yeah? I feel like people couldn’t talk about OUAT without bringing up Hook. It is tough, especially doing it alone but YouTube got me through it and one day I’ll tell Louise all about it. See, when you put it that way being stuck in the ocean sounds terrible. I was just kind of picturing a nice little pirate life. You know, a good fantasy of being lost at sea. Not the scary reality stuff.

I’ve been doing a lot of press lately, I’ve forgotten what it’s like having to promote things and last night was probably one of the best nights ever at our Starz’s Heels premiere. After working on this project for so long, only a few more days (Sunday August 15th @ 9pm) until the best TV show graces your screen. I hope everyone likes it (please do). I’m super blessed with the cast and crew. What does one do between now and Sunday to calm the excitement? I’m literally bouncing off the walls like I’m on 473905835808 energy drinks. @tftmstarters
Well first, I would say lay off the energy drinks, Kelli. There’s no way you’re going to calm down if you keep drinking them. But most importantly, congratulations on the new show! I’m excited to check it out and love it and tell you how much I love it. Doing press after not doing it for so long is so weird though, right? I remember the press tour for Cruella like it was yesterday, and it felt so strange having to be human again.

I’m an old bean when it comes to working technology, so I’ll avoid it mostly for that reason but I still come online here and there to engage with fans and friends I don’t get to see often. You have to find a healthy balance that works for you, is all. Not saying you should join social media, because I think you’re better off not! Just explaining how I operate it. Oh yeah, I’ll watch those if I’m bored enough, one of my old mates enjoys anything that would end up on one of those funniest home video shows and forwards good ones to me. Does sound like those would be up your alley, though! Maybe I should send you what he sends me. Depends, I think a lot of it could stem from fear of water, the creatures in it per se, or wildly active imagination.
I’d just rather not. Zoom interviews are too much for me to try to figure out these days and as much as I’d like to keep in touch with fans, I don’t know that I’d ever have time for it. I respect everyone who does, though. Even if it’s like a yearly check in. It’s more than I’m doing. They’re great entertainment when your sleep deprived at 3 in the morning. Any other time? Not so much. But it kept me through the first couple months of motherhood and they will always have a soft spot in my heart now. Please do send me what he sends you! I’d love to see what he finds funny. Fear of water makes sense. I know tons of people who are afraid of what they can’t see.

It wasn’t tooooo dark! I’m a strong (not really), independent (sorta) woman who don’t need no man protection…I do carry mace though, if it provides you any sort of comfort, but I won’t say no to you. Just, don’t judge me too much when I stop several times to walk because running is the bane of my existance. Aww, that’s fantastic! ‘Course I don’t know from experience, but I hear all the time from my mom about how difficult I was as a baby. Louise better keep this up otherwise I’ll have some words for your mini-you. I’m great! Doing really well, even if I’m flying North just in time for things to get cold.
If you say so, Anna. I would never argue with you and your strong, independent, need no man self. I will follow you though, if only to watch you mace someone. I also promise to not judge you for the amount of times you stop to walk. I would probably be stopping as much if not more than you, anyway. I can see you being a difficult baby. It makes sense to the person you are today, and please know I mean that with a lot of love and respect. But yes, I’ve heard horror stories about babies and am just glad my sweet little one isn’t that way. Well, you’re from cold city USA, right? The cold shouldn’t bother you anyway.

I know we all fall down those YouTube rabbit holes and sit for hours, but has anyone watched theme park videos about submechanophobia? It’s basically the fear of man-made objects submerged in water, usually large animatronics. It’s absolutely terrifying considering animatronics unnerve me as is, but I can’t stop watching these research videos about it. What are some of your favorite rabbit holes to fall into on the tube? Give me something new to be unsettled about. @tftmstarters
I’m not much of an internet person, so I tend to stay off everything - including YouTube. But there was a small period when there was no sleep happening at night and I needed something to keep me entertained so I turned to YouTube. I wouldn’t really call it a rabbit hole, though. I mostly just watched failgram videos - you know of people trying to do tricks and falling or whatever. I’m a sucker for that kind of humor though. I’ll have to check out this submechanophobia stuff. I don’t think it’d freak me out, but who knows. If it does you’re to blame for this new fear of mine.

Point. My run was in the evening because like hell was I going to deal that California sun. At this rate, you’re gonna see me all the time and there will come a time when you get sick of this face! Well, I’m so happy for you. New beau aside, how are you and little Louise doing?
Aren’t you too tiny to be running alone at night? Am I going to have to start following you in a car to make sure nothing bad happens to you? I doubt I’d ever get sick of that face, but I’m willing to risk it. We’re doing really well! Adjusting to life together and all that. She’s sleeping through the night so she’s truly a mothers dream. How are you doing?

Honestly, I’m kinda involved with someone who’s British as well, so I’m definitely not biased either. I’m already piling up a bag of snacks to bring back with me once we’re done shooting. Then once I don’t need to watch what I eat I can indulge on them as much as I want. Yeah I never stick to healthy eating when I’m not filming, it sucks. When he’s not ruling Atlantis that is, it’s a full time job.
Well look at you go, Jason! I’d ask who the lucky lady is but I’m not the type to pry so you don’t have to tell me. I’m just glad we’re both living our best lives being involved with awesome British people. You’re a smart man. I do that anytime I go to any country with great snacks, so all of them. It’s boring too! I don’t want to be that girl that eats salads every time she goes out. Yes but even leaders of Atlantis deserve a vacation.

Thank you! I think these are the same brand of people who willingly get up at 5 in the morning. I don’t think any part of me would ever want to be person, even a little. Girl if you told me you liked running, I’d hug you and never let go. You’d have a permanent Anna fixture attached at your hip. I hope your boyfriend’s alright with an awkward third wheel! Speaking of which, when were you going to tell me you were back with Spidey?? That’s so exciting!
Oh they definitely are. You have to get up that early if you want to jog in LA anyway. I’m going to tell you a like running just so you can attach yourself to my hip. I never get to see that pretty face of yours anymore and that’s not okay. Andrew will learn to love this third wheel of ours. We just got back together, I’ve only shared the news with the family thus far. It is very exciting though!

I think they should throw caution into the wind and have all three Peter’s and all three love interests in one completely fucked movie. I think it would be an amazing time. It was a good movie and I loved it, made her my new favourite villain though she was before just made it stronger. That’s adorable, well whenever you guys are free and aren’t dead exhausted let me know and I’ll pop over for a visit. It would just be nice for once you know?
It would be a great movie if we were all in it together. I personally think it’s funny that there’s to MJ’s but only one Gwen. I’m glad Cruella got a back story and I’m excited to bridge the gap between the first film and 101 Dalmatians in the second film. I always find the villains to be more relatable anyway. You can come over anytime! I’ll be at the party tonight too, so we can hang out a bit there too if you’d like. It would be, I agree. Hopefully soon Marvel gives you a little break.

Next person that tries to tell me that running is ‘fun’ is getting a stiletto to the face. I realized I should probably get back in the habit of working out before I’m busy again, and for some insane reason, I thought going for a jog was a smart idea. It only left me with zero will to live, laying on my couch, and questioning every decision I made that led up to this point. Do people who run because they actually enjoy it love themselves? I’m here for a hug if any of you masochists need some affection. @tftmstarters
Running is the worst, Anna. See, this is why you need to stick with me at all times so I can talk you out of all these bad ideas. I think people run because they hate themselves. I’ve never met a single person who actually enjoys a nice jog. In fact, I go out of my way to avoid those people who do marathons for fun. They can’t be trusted. Are you going to hug away everyone’s will to run? If so, I’d like to be firs in line.

It really is beautiful, I also love the British people. I’ll be honest Emma, I’ve already had a few cheat meals, I’m such a foodie that I struggle to stick to it sometimes. Especially when I’m surrounded by food I wouldn’t necessarily have in LA. It’s rude not to try their local cuisines. It’s always important to treat yourself sometimes, otherwise the dieting can get boring and you’re more likely to give in. It’s never the same unless you get it right from where it originated from. Maybe that’s where he goes when he isn’t helping out with the other’s problems.
I love British people too. My boyfriend is British so I’m most definitely not biased or anything. You have? I’m so proud of you, Jason. Everyone deserves a cheat meal or three. It would be rude to not indulge when you’re in a different country. Yeah, I think that’s why there’s so many failure stories with dieting. I don’t think we have it as hard as everyone else, our diets are usually roll specific and we only need to stick to them for a few months, but it’s still worth it to have a cheat meal. I like to think he goes on paradise vacations once he’s saved the world.

Yeah your big project is out of the way, amazing job on playing Cruella by the way. The movie was amazing probably one of my favourite Disney live actions. Babies can do that to you, though I bet you make a wonderful mom and also bet you wouldn’t want it any other way right? Exhaustion and all. Sleep is a foreign language to me at this point, don’t know what it is. Yes that will make everything a little easier but it’ll still be a little while yet before I can call it quits for the year. Fingers crossed for next year.
Yeah so between that and avoiding any are you in the new Spider-Man questions, I’ve had it pretty easy now. Thank you! Playing Cruella was so much fun. I still can’t believe they asked little ol’ me to play her. I definitely wouldn’t have it any other way, that girl brings me so much joy. I could careless about being tired. Hopefully next year is a much more calm year for everyone.

I feel like this year has just been non-stop and I’m already done with it. Not in the sense that I’m sick of it all but in the sense that I’m dead exhausted and I’m ready for a nice, decent, break. I don’t know about any of you but I think I’m ready for the new year to come and hopefully it’ll bring a smaller project load. @tftmstarters
I feel like that right now too. Luckily for me my big project of the year is out of the way and I can just sit back and enjoy the little things. But I do have a baby now and they’re so exhausting. Honestly, what even is sleep at this point? Hopefully once Spider-Man is out and press is over you can enjoy a little break ringing in the new year.
