Once There Was One, Now Theres Two:

Rachel and David were two high school students who had known each other since they were in kindergarten, they went through elementary school together, and remained friends throughouttheir time in middle and high school. They both knew each other very well, but something gradually changed during their junior year of high school.

David started developing feelings for Rachel that went beyond friendship, but he was too shy to say anything. He admiredtheir middle school years. It wasn't until their freshman year of high school that David realized how he truly felt about Rachel - he was head over heels in love with her.

David didn't know how to tell Rachel how he felt, so he kept it to himself for a while. Despite his feelings, he remained her friend, and they spent countless hours studying and hanging out together. They did everything together, from playing video games to attending sporting events.
