Do posts have to have many notes/have been influential to qualify or is it enough if they're old and very, very good?

my measurement for a heritage post is it has to have been posted between 2010-2016 and have at least 10k notes. the exceptions to this are if i personally think they are funny and/or have heritage energy bc it’s my blog and i do what i want 😌 (ex- the british gerard way post)
