why thank you pinterest for suggesting my artworks which i never posted on your platform nor allowed to be reposted. 🙃

hello. just dropping by to let you know that i do NOT allow reposting of my art. my watermark is obnoxious enough as it is. it literally says “DO NOT REPOST”

respect my wishes. respect fanartists who do not allow reposts/editing. it may not seem like a big deal to you in the grand scheme of things. it may be “just fanart” but please. we’ve poured hours/days into them. it helps us get clients for commissions!

some artists are okay with reposts and that’s cool. that’s their choice/right.

i am not one of those artists.

if you wish to share my art, you can reblog, retweet, or share them on your ig stories.

the only exemption i’ve made thus far is fanart i’ve made for fanfiction. i allow authors to have said artwork linked or embedded to their fics. they are also allowed to repost them wherever they wish with proper credit. that is all.

@ my fellow adults who use tumblr a lot:

can you PLEASE put your age in your about/sidebar and make sure it’s accessible on mobile. imo if you’re an adult esp 20+ it’s a little weird that you wouldn’t have your age readily available on your blog. if you’re reading this now and you don’t have your age listed, please rectify that. i feel like teenagers get lured into talking to adults in fandom/lgbt spaces that they may not have intentionally sought out because they think they’re talking to other teenagers, and this can lead to a lot of other – much more insidious –problems
