You don’t have to answer but I’m confused what happened with Meatly and Mike?

This review by a former employee sums it up.

There have been 5 reviews in total and they were corroborated by multiple people, who used to personally work with Mike and his employees, such as the team making Dark Deception, and the group representing Ottawa game developers.

In other words - Mike Mood is real life Joey Drew, and there’s no way to deny this, unless you believe that all 50 of the fired employees, the Dark Deception team, and the entire Ottawa gamedev community is lying. I’m judging you harshly, if you do.

What Does Mike Say To This?

This statement was given to press a week ago. Mike promised to offer the employees career transition assistance. He lied - he didn’t even do the bare minimum of help by retweeting their tweets about looking for work.

What About theMeatly?

Mercifully, the complaints seem to be entirely about Mike’s bad behavior. It sounds like theMeatly is a much better person. You could make an argument that he should’ve stepped in when his friend and business partner was acting out of line, but we don’t know the details of the contracts he signed with Mike, so it’s possible that he doesn’t have enough power in the company to oppose him.

Am I Still Allowed To Like Bendy?

Of course! Blizzard has done many despicable things, yet people still enjoy Blizzard games. As long as you acknowledge that Mike Mood has done a horrible thing, that he ought to show genuine remorse for and prove himself a changed man before he will be forgiven, you can still enjoy the Kindly Beast games for the sake of the remaining Kindly Beast employees, who are not Mike Mood - theMeatly, Bookpast, Matt Goles, the admins of the official SB server, etc.

If, however, you choose to boycott the Kindly Beast, by watching streams instead of buying their games, commissioning merchandise from fancreators instead of buying from the official shop, etc, I fully respect and support your decision!
