Zahra Namazi | Faceclaim: Bex Taylor-Klaus
Zahra doesn’t let people in very easily, if at all. She doesn’t really trust other people, and she’s only working with the others so that she can get off the island. She’s very intelligent and has unique specialized skills; most notably, she’s well-versed in gadgets and hacking.
Relationships Craig: Craig and Zahra used to date, but they eventually drifted apart and found their own circles. Although she does miss Craig, she’s more likely to talk to him with snark and sarcasm nowadays. Raj: One of Zahra’s favorite things is alcohol, and she appreciates having someone around that appreciates the finer art of booze.

Lila | Faceclaim: Mary Elizabeth Winstead Alternate Faceclaim: Zooey Deschanel
At first glance, Lila is a cheerful tour guide with strong loyalty to her boss, Everett Rourke, but there’s a lot more to her than the rest of the group knows. She can be violent and diabolical when need be, and everyone else on La Huerta is skeptical and slow to trust her.
Relationships Zahra: Although a lot of people in the group are distrustful toward Lila, Lila knows that Zahra is one of the most skeptical ones. She tries to remain friendly toward everyone on the island, but there is some tension between her and Zahra in particular. Aleister: After learning that Everett Rourke is Aleister’s father, Lila is curious about him.

Cecilia Sinclair | Taken | Faceclaim: Margot Robbie
Cecilia has largely fought for herself for her whole life, which is why she is always so quick to step up and take charge when a leaeder is needed. She's quick thinking and has strong opinions, which has helped her and her friends out of tough situations, but also often impacts her relationships with other people.
Relationships Jake: When Cecilia set off on her journey to La Huerta, she wasn’t expecting things to fall apart the way that they have, but she also wasn’t expecting to meet someone like Jake. Very quickly, she’s developed feelings for him, and she’d do just about anything to protect him. Diego: Diego has been Cecilia’s best friend throughout college, and having him around on La Huerta has really helped her to cope. Now that he’s disappeared, it’s going to be a lot harder for her to stay grounded.

Raj Bhandarkar | Faceclaim: Suraj Sharma
Although Raj may not be the smartest in their group, he knows how to lighten the mood and connect people. He’d much rather be surrounded by a group of happy people, which is why he interacts with people the way that he does. In a tense environment like they’re stuck in, Raj knows that it’s important for him to remain calm in the face of conflict. His new friends are relying on him, even if they don’t always realize it.
Relationships Quinn: Raj appreciates Quinn’s effortless optimism and energy. When he’s trying to stay cool during tense situations, Quinn is oftentimes a breath of fresh air for him. Zahra: Raj’s drugs of choice are weed and booze, and he and Zahra have bonded over the latter on multiple occasions. Although a lot of other people on the island know how to have a good time, Zahra really knows how to hold her booze.

Diego Soto | Faceclaim: Jay Hernandez Alternate Faceclaims: Mark Indelicato
Diego is friendly and loyal, and he’s exactly the type of person you want on your side. Accordingly, Diego thinks of himself as more of a sidekick, thinking of himself as unimportant. He often doesn’t give himself enough credit, as he is hard-working, determined, and quick thinking, traits that make him a solid team member rather than simply a sidekick.
Relationships Cecilia: He and Cecilia have been best friends throughout college, and Diego sees himself as Cecilia’s sidekick. He respects her and looks up to her so much so that he sacrificed himself so that Cecilia could escape safely.

Aleister Rourke | Faceclaim: Will Tudor Alternate Faceclaims: Alex Pettyfer, Chord Overstreet
Allister comes across as very abrasive and pretentious. He's very intelligent but he definitely doesn't play well with others. He's had a rocky past, trying for years to get his father's attention and never succeeding, which just might be the reason that he's so quick to shut people out.
Relationships: Grace: He is tentatively interested in Grace. He's never really allowed himself to get close to someone else, but maybe Grace will be the first one. That is, if they manage to save her from the Watchers. Jake: Aleister tends to assume that everyone around him is less intelligent than he is, but Jake in particular tends to rub him the wrong way. The combination of Jake’s cockiness and sarcasm is just enough to drive Aleister crazy.

Craig Hsiao | Faceclaim: Ross Butler Alternate Faceclaims: Ki Hong Lee
Craig may just seem like a dumb jock at first glance, but there’s more to him than that. Since he didn’t really have much to return to at home, he really made his own life when he got to college. His friends from college were his family, but he doesn’t have too much hope for his future. That’s why he wants to stay on La Huerta and enjoy it while he can, despite the obvious dangers.
Relationships Sean: Sean is Craig’s best friend, and Craig would do anything to back him up or protect him. He sometimes wishes he could be the star like Sean rather than the sidekick, but he doesn’t hold it against Sean at all. Zahra: Craig and Zahra used to date, but they eventually drifted apart and found their own circles. He misses her but he also really likes the community that he found in college and the person that he was able to become.

Sean Gayle | Faceclaim: Lucien Laviscount Alternate Faceclaims: Jacob Artist, Reece King
A natural leader, Sean shines in the spotlight. He knows that some may see him as an attention hog, but he just wants to do his best without risking others not living up to his expectations. He gets along well with other people, but when it comes to getting things done, he'd just rather do it on his own. With the way things are going, however, maybe he needs to learn to rely on others.
Relationships Michelle: Although Sean and Michelle dated a while back, Sean has done his best to move on from their relationship. He knows that Michelle still has feelings for him, though, and she’s not as eager to move on as he is. Craig: Everyone always views Craig as Sean’s second hand man. Craig is pretty much his best friend, but (as Sean is prone to do), Sean is never too quick to rely on him, preferring to be independent. Jake: Since arriving on La Huerta, Jake and Sean hasve been constantly butting heads. They’re both natural leaders with very different ideas on how they should be tackling their situation, a conflict which tends to cause a lot of tension within the group.

Michelle Nguyen | Faceclaim: Anna Akana Alternate Faceclaims: Brenda Song, Malese Jow, Jamie Chung
Michelle is used to being pretty, popular, and well-liked. She knows that being bitchy often gets her what she wants, and she's not afraid to step on a few toes if it's in her own best interest. But being on the island has been different for her, as status doesn''t matter nearly as much as survival here.
Relationships: Sean: Sean is Michelle’s ex, but she still has feelings for him. She knows that he’s trying to move on but she’s not done trying to fight for him. Grace: Although she knows that status doesn’t matter as much on La Huerta, Michelle still feels a sense of superiority over the more nerdy girl, and she picks on Grace whenever the opportunity arises.

Quinn Kelly | Faceclaim: Bella Thorne Alternate Faceclaims: Sophie Turner, Molly Quinn
Quinn does her best to remain optimistic and cheerful, no matter the circumstances. She knows she has a limited time on Earth and she wants to do her best to enjoy what she can. Back home, she was diagnosed with an illness that leaves her with a shorter lifespan, despite all the resources her family put into her treatment. Despite that, she wants to enjoy herself as much as she can for the time being.
Relationships Raj: Raj’s attitude meshes well with Quinn, and she finds him easy to get along with. Lila: Although her fellow students have often done more to search for clues than Lila has, Quinn still looks up to and respects Lila. She appreciates that Lila is an authority figure who can be easier to get along with than the other leaders in their group.

Jake McKenzie | Faceclaim: Ben Barnes Alternate Faceclaims: Jared Padalecki, Taylor Kitsch
Although Jake may seem like a free-flying pilot, he's actually a wanted man after an unfair dishonorable discharge. After what he went through in the military, it's hard for him to get close to other people. His training and experience have left him better equipped to survive on La Huerta than almost anyone, but his opinionated attitude make it hard for him to get along with almost everyone.
Relationships Cecilia: Cecilia is the first person in a long time that Jake has opened up to. Although he thinks there’s something special about her, getting close to anybody is still a struggle for him. Sean: Jake and Sean are constantly butting heads. They’re both natural leaders and think that their opinion is right, but their conflict just creates more tension within the group.

Grace Hall | Faceclaim: Keke Palmer Alternate Faceclaims: Bianca Lawson, Amandla Stenberg
Grace is used to being labelled as a nerd; her love of knowledge and her general shyness made that label inevitable. Her academic success also came about because she spent her childhood working so hard to live up to her mother’s expectations, expectations which were oftentimes almost suffocating. But if she’s such a model student, why does her file indicate that she has a criminal record?
Relationships Aleister: From the very start, Grace was interested in Aleister. Despite his bristly personality, she admired his intelligence and composure. Trying to get to know him has been a long battle, and she still feels like she’s barely scratched the surface. Michelle: Grace is trying to get by and figure out what’s going on on La Huerta, but she feels a sense of animosity from Michelle. She doesn’t want to focus on petty things like bullying right now, and so she’s doing her best to ignore any snide remarks from the other girl.

Estela Montoya | Faceclaim: Shay Mitchell Alternate Faceclaims: Camila Mendes, Naya Rivera
Estela is very logical and very independent. She doesn't like to rely on other people, as she doesn't want to risk being in their debt. A fierce fighter, she knows she can hold her own better when she's not trying to protect other people, and so she's been trying to figure out the mystery of La Huerta on her own.
Relationships Cecilia: Although Estela doesn’t trust people, she gets the sense that Cecilia is an honest person. She probably wouldn’t step out of her comfort zone to get to know Cecilia better, but she’s less likely to push the other girl away than she is to push other people on the island away. Sean: Estela knows that almost no one on the island is equipped with the skills necessary for survival on La Huerta. She disagrees with Sean’s eagerness to step up and put himself and others in danger, preferring to figure out what’s going on by herself.
