Lower Blood pressure and heart rate.
Breath slowly with the gut and not the chest. Inhale for 7, exhale for 8. For 2 mins.
Then inhale for 10, exhale for 10. For 2 mins.
It's normal for a fit healthy individual to have a resting heart rate of 40-50 in the morning and late evening. Normal heart rate roughly is 60-100 bpm.
My friend who is a Doctor, who is in her early 30s told me her heart rate is 45bpm
I myself am a 53 year old man.
I take blood pressure medication and statins and vitamin D3 everyday. My blood pressure is now 127/83. My cholesterol total count has dropped from 6.8 to 3.2. My Bad LDL is 1.7 and good HDL is 1.5.
I am 6ft 6. I used to weigh in at 20st. I am now 15.7.
I practice yoga, brisk walking on average 14,000 steps aday. Eat healthy and drink plenty of filtered water. Iv never been a drinker, but I was a smoker for 39 years. I gave up over a year ago. September 11th 2022.
I practice an awful lot of breathing programs
