Evaluating Mathematical Transitions
Struggling to determine if the mathematical transformations were written correctly? This JavaScript program takes in your equations as comparisons. JavaScript reads each line, evaluates it, and tells you the line number, whether it evaluates properly, and what the mathematical statement is.
This could be a stand alone project, but quick and dirty meets my needs. This code can be adopted to any language that can dynamically create variables and evaluate comparison operations.
Not shown, the input file defines each variable used with values. And, additional work could find unknown values.
