It really is crazy how if you mention you write fanfiction with people outside fandom, they're always like "you should change the names and try to sell it." It misses the point (fun), but more importantly to me, I get slightly (and I know irrationally) insulted on a craft level. Excuse me, my fanfic is entwined with the canon, thank you very much. I wish sometimes less entwined. You wouldn't believe the stupid bullshit some of my fics have to include because of canon.

huge fan of tewkesbury from the enola holmes franchise because from like minute one he’s just getting his ass beat repeatedly and otherwise just being very sweet and a plant enjoyer. for someone with a truly imprudent amount of brushes with death, you’d think he’d have either some form of security or self defense training but NO and he’s happy enough to learn a five-second summary of streetfighting while staring adoringly at enola on his way to get his face knocked in….truly a man for the ages, just an absolute delight

Millie Bobby Brown, Louis Partridge, Henry Cavill, Helena Boham-Carter, Himesh Patel and Sharon Duncan-Brewster are all returning for a new adventure. "Adolescence" helmer Philip Barantini is directing from a script by Jack Thorne.

The official synopsis reads: "Adventure chases detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where personal and professional dreams collide on a case more tangled and treacherous than any she has faced before."
