Stylized Russian outfits
So, on that note, I'll end this sketchbook on that note. Here I decided to depict both South Russian and North Russian European outfits.
On the first one, unfortunately I don't know the brand, from which I took the style, I just found it on Pinterest, of course, stylized ponyova and traditional embroidery from Kursk province.
And on the second one, I took as a basis the shirt “Sleeves” from the Russian brand “Emelyanova”, as for me, which is the pride of Russian fashion stylizing Russian costume.

The design of the set is based on the Russian ponyova, I think it looks quite modern
Ponyova - A wool skirt made of 3 or more fabric pieces.
It is characterized by rich coloring, decorated hem.
The skirt was fastened at the waist with a woolen cord (hashnik) and wrapped around the hips.
Ponyova was worn by women who reached the age of marriage. Often it served as an element of wedding attire
I also added a “kushak,” which is a woolen belt.

The first man on this blog
и он кстати тоже муженек :) \ Here as in some drawings the outfit of a married woman, i.e. her head is covered, and…a man! Yeah, drawing men is kind of rare for me, although I can't understand the reason for that myself haha…..and he's a husband, too, by the way :)

Russian women's folk attire of Kursk province
The Kursk woman's outfit is the most beautiful to me. The headdress is a kokoshnik decorated with real or artificial flowers, married women have their head covered completely, as in other provinces of the Russian Empire. Black sarafan - sayan, made of stiff, woolen, prickly fabric, embroidered with ornaments and ribbons. Shirt - sorochka or rubakha, either of homespun cloth with embroidery, or a kiseyn blouse. And a balalaika :)

this is my mascot (Maria), came up with it spontaneously, thinking I was just making a stylized outfit hah...
(I'll be honest, it looked better in my head…..)
She is wearing a stylized traditional outfit of the Belgorod region, as you can see I changed the cut and other stuff

The Belgorod-Voronezh border guard outfit /
This complex is South Russian, with a ponyova - a spread hip skirt (although it is not visible there, but it does not matter). In the clothes of Belgorod and Voronezh there is a distinctive feature, it is black patterned geometric embroidery. The headdress is a " soroka" and it was worn only by married women

Designs from odnodvorets outfits (Smallholder)
Odnodvortsy - descendants of servants, many people confuse them with Cossacks, but their difference from those mentioned above is that they guarded the border of the South Russian lands of the Russian state. They were militarized landowners and in principle were an entire estate
