I like in DA2 how choosing a particular personality path makes others comment on it. I started out choosing only the clown Hawke dialogue options, and when I went to Gamlen’s hose to talk to Carver, he was upset about Hawke not ever taking things seriously. That’s a nice detail. I’ve been thinking about whether my Hawke would take that comment to heart and start choosing more of the diplomatic responses. Not immediately, and not all the time - he’s still a clown at heart. But just being more aware about what needs to be treated seriously or with gentle words, because his brother might be a brat, but he’s not wrong.
