should aumaua be allowed to eat fish? should the envoy be allowed to eat mushrooms? these are the questions that keep me up at night.

i am definitely in the minority here and people seemed to get very heated over it, but i actually like that all the aumaua in avowed have scales. the poe 1 and 2 in-game models don't show much skin texture at all for any race. and yes, the aumaua portraits don't have scales but here's the thing... kai's portraits from avowed don't have his scales either, despite him clearly having them in game. i view it as an addition to the lore as we know it, and not something that has been retconned.
