the number of times i had people say at job interviews "don't think I'm not hiring you because you're disabled it's not that" when it's exactly that. they're ready to hire me but as soon as I mention my disabilities they stop the interview like help I'm tired of putting effort into this
i can't find a job that suits my disability in my country. I've tried working hard and it only led to more seizures. i need to work part time but it seems like no one actually wants to hire you they'd rather pay a fine than to actually hire disabled people and it's making me lose it. then people wonder why i want to leave so bad.

#yes i'm talking about france unfortunately#i feel like i'm gonna lose another year to unemployment#disabled people need work too just accommodate it to us pls#epilepsy#disabled rights here are basically money and healthcare but i can't get my own apartment with that money i'm stuck at home since years#they want disabled people to be dependent so bad here#raph speaks
