Herrick’s water penny beetle (larvae and adult), Psephenus herricki, Psephenidae
Water penny beetles are found on every continent except Antarctica. The larvae, which live in water, feed on algae on rock surfaces. The presence of water penny larvae in a stream can be used as a test for the quality of the water, as they are pollution-sensitive. Adults are terrestrial.

I finally caught one of my isopods in the process of molting. Isopods molt in two phases - first the shirt comes off and then later the pants come off.
