Excuse her. She’s uncharacteristically blunt with the lack of sleep.

         Yep. There it is. This was expected. Alright, he’s getting up to his feet now.

      “With... ghost stories?” Aizawa casts her a skeptical look, then one towards the general direction of the noise. He supposes he could go and investigate, if only to find some logical explanation for the noise to put a stop to it. Truthfully, he doubts there’s any real ghosts around, and a field trip vacation with a bunch of students would be the perfect time for any locals or just anyone in general to decide to play a prank. That’s probably what it is.

      He doesn’t even wait around for an answer, just starts heading off in the direction the noise seems to be coming from.

   aizawa was being NO FUN AT ALL again , as usual ! with his lack of being able to see her coming , nana swooped down and grabbed his scarf , ( not at all ) gently bringing him upward and onto his feet , whether he wanted it or not .

   ‘  AIZAWA - SAN ! lighten up ! get your swim trunks , man ! we ‘ re at a beach ! the least you can do is try to get some sun ! or go ghost - hunting with me ! ‘

      As he’s being lifted up by the scarf, the only movement the educator really makes is to put one hand on the scarf’s bands somewhere between her hand and his neck to prevent himself from nearly being choked by it or something. Some vacation that would be. Beyond that, he is neither truly surprised by this, nor does he appear to resist it at this point, instead just finding his footing as she finishes reeling him up to a standing position.

      “Nana.” He frowns at the taller woman, seemingly ignoring her sentiment altogether. “I was trying to sleep.”

      Wordlessly and eerily accurately reaches out - quickly and suddenly with one hand to place on the top of her head, half just to startle her and half to kind of hold her there, but not really. Probably mostly just because he could. Intimidation tactic, maybe.

      When he speaks, his voice is low and even. “Hagakure, I suggest finding a different target for this kind of thing.” That’s all. Just the suggestion, no follow-up or threat, and his hand leaves her head.
