After over TWO HOURS himming and hawing, I finally managed to walk out of the camping goods store WITHOUT buying unnecessary things. I got a sleeping mat, a food cooler, a 5 gallon water cooler, bug spray, fire starter, and a chair. That's it.

I was thisclose to buying a Jetboil stove I absolutely did not need lol.

I still don't have an answer for why it seems like it's ok to keep Jetboil brand mixed fuel canisters indoors but not the 1lb bottles of pure butane.
