I've literally seen your art pop up in the tf2 tag (im new to fandom) and with the Abraham and Issac painting I literally had the realization you made a few others LMAO. Anyways, really love the religious imagery ones. As a Christian I often use it as a way to express myself, but to see others do it with my fixations is like "autism go brrr". Amazing art I'm literally following right now.

I went to C of E (church of england) school and was brought up in a protestant way so my knowledge and understanding of Christianity is quite deep and ESPECIALLY when it comes to art as that is my passion. I love incorporating that into my art as to me it's bringing in my old to my new. I also find that tf2 weirdly has a lot of religious connections that i love exploring in my paintings (scout and spy seem to be both jesus and Mary and also jesus and god? At least in my mind).

I will always find a way to whack that into my paintings I think, and I'm glad that they've been loved so much by a range of people ❤️ I'm also glad that my art has touched you so much!

For clarification in case any one cares, Yes! This is in reference to Abraham and Isaac! The paintings I based the pose off of is rembrants "the sacrifice of abraham" as its one of my favourite religious paintings ❤️ I think that spy and scout have a lot of similarities to Christian father/mother son duos such as my WIP painting of Mary holding jesus' body pieta style ❤️ I'm glad that people recognise the message and idea I'm going for though of the abraham and isaac link!❤️

I love your blood shadow art!! It's so cool. The lighting is wonderful. I love the detail of spy looking straight at scout. And the way scout's arms and his body are fully in it like he's actually swinging and spy's are just above his head and standing straight as if he's commanding him to do it & not actively stabbing. Such a good setup/pose. Wonderful art, thank you for sharing!!!

I wanted to portray it in the sense of "Scout isn't trying to mimic spy, he just knows it in his blood of how to kill and why he must kill" vs "Spy watching on without any discernible emotion as he questions whether his affinity for murder is hereditary or contagious". I love explore the mercs relationships with each other, themselves and how they kill through my art and I'm so glad this one thought came across so well!

I hope that with the more art I post I can keep getting across my ideas on the characters to you all! (on that note, I'll be making some more biblical based pieces soon so be on the lookout for that if that's up your alley <3)
