Instead the fool chose to stay.” And what does this fool get for not leaving with their life? Death, of course.

“Yes, I could not. You have to remember, even as the weapons expert, I am still made with mostly defensive purposes. This invader happens to be pretty strong, which is why I didn’t deal with the problem myself.” Yeah, barriers don’t do much against invaders, do they? Curse his previous frailty! He probably needs to talk to the engineers later to possibly add something to improve his offensive capabilities.

Still, Vanil quietly leads the younger android to where the intruder was. While he wasn’t able to fight them himself, he was able to trap him somewhere where they couldn’t get out.

“I’m sure those defensive abilities make you real useful in a fight, huh? You’d make a great turtle, Four. You’ve already got the shell for it!”

Six mocks the taller android as she tails him through the halls, the sound of movement echoing across the metal floors until- was that a third set of footsteps?

“All right, jackass, I don’t know who you think you are, but you fucked up bad coming in here. We’re gonna have a nice long talk about exactly who you are and how you got past our defenses.”
