yoctober day 7: flower i picked orange osmanthus because it got into Japan because of China during the Edo period. Edo period is the time when Yoru's ancestors were alive. Orange osmanthus symbolyzes truth and nobleness

found #yoctober on twitter recently and decided to hop on, i need more reasons to draw this guy (got into it kinda late damn) initially had the idea to draw yomber hugs, but i decided to focus on the emotional potray of Yoru's hugs. he is touch-starved, yet never asks for any physical contact, i like to think that his hugs are VERY tight and emotional, but he kinda...can't show it the right way, so his hugs can kinda break your bones

random yoru headcanons since i'm brainrotting too hard (im also a yomber enjoyer lol)

●He's both active and hella inactive in socials. Yoru likes to post his knife collection and bike photos, he sometimes even posts selfies.

●As of his inactive side: Yoru answers DMs on a VERY rare occasion. He does not read DMs at all or sends a thumbs up even if someone tells him really important news.

●All of the emotions that confuse him flow into anger. Man's bad with dealing with emotions. He feels flustered? Mean remark and leave. Odd feeling of love? Kick the person's ass. He apologizes later, but the words "i'm sorry" are way too difficult for the rift-walker to say.

●He is a dumb-dumb at romance. He asked Jett about the flowers at his door deadass not knowing "why are these plants sit at my door?" and didn't notice chamber stealing glances at Yoru, seeking his reaction. Yoru just looked back at Chamber as if saying "why are you staring?"
