don’t take your anger out on people who don’t deserve it. you shouldn’t ruin someone’s day just because you’re angry at someone/something else and they’re just the first safe target you came across. there are healthier ways to vent that don’t involve hurting an innocent person who is in no way at fault for what you’re feeling.
