listen, i know that i don’t know the situation, but i doubt you’re a selfish or bad person. even if you’re having bad thoughts, that doesn’t automatically make you a bad person. you’re allowed to feel upset or stressed about things even if no one else is. please don’t hurt yourself, even if you did do something wrong you still have the ability to change. if you hurt someone, you have the ability to grow and change, the ability to apologize and fix whatever it is you did. you’re allowed to make mistakes, but that doesn’t warrant starvation or hurting yourself. if you’re really desperate for pain, you can write on your skin (with pen, no markers), specifically write on your palms. it’s sensitive and it’ll sting a little but isn’t horrible for you. if you’re not allowed to write on your skin because of family maybe just try breaking things? you can try scribbling on paper or maybe just tearing it up. i know it’s not the same but it’s better than harming yourself. and, please eat. everyone deserves the right to eat, going hungry is horrid, it feels horrible, please don’t subject yourself to that. i’m sorry you’re going through this, but it’ll get better.
