blog name !! important

make sure you fill out the blog name field, this is what will show on the top of all your original posts. to clarify: your blog name is your blog’s url - for example: phantomcodes

custom title

similar to the blog name, your custom title will show on top of all your original posts as well as the header, i recommend making this title pretty short

responsive sidebar

the sidebar is always toggleable! the sidebar button is on the left of the header, you can also click the three circles to hide it

updates tab

the updates tab is toggleable, it will display the current date and has up to 5 updates each with a title & text, you can leave the title field blank if you want

explore menu

the explore menu is toggleable and has:

an optional message with a name & text, keep this pretty short

an optional uploadable image

an optional info box with up to 6 stats each with an icon & text, this will scroll

an about box with unlimited space for text, this will scroll

an optional links box with up to 6 links, this will scroll

an optional blogs box with up to 4 blogs, this will scroll

general notes

some things will not show up if they’re left empty, example: if you only want four updates leave the explore update 5 and 6 fields blank, etc.

remember tumblr’s customize panel is buggy, make sure to toggle all the options on/off before saving
