i tried to post this like seven times !!!!! my mom snapped this before they all boarded their boat

i just saw it !!!!! oh my god !!!!! like i've seen the bootleg a bunch and loved it but seeing it in person was just life changing like i was seriously just in complete awe the entire time !!!!! everything about it was so good okay so things i thought were cool that i didnMt notice before: - the orchestra isn't in a pit it's on a balcony over the stage sort of !!!! in the back left corner of the stage it's super cool - connor tries so hard to make friends w evan in the computer lab and when he asks evan if he has a sharpie & evan doesn't immediately respond he sort of starts walking away - cynthia is in connor's room in the background during requiem and while she's not singing she hugs connor's pillow so tight to her chest it's really sad - jared tries so hard to be cool and act like he doesn't care but he does so much in disappear when the three of them r introducing the connor project to the murphy's he tries to step forward and say something but evan kind of cuts him off and also !!!! when he yells "fuck you asshole!" at evan it really sounded like he was about to cry today - the screens showing the mixed media on stage come on and off and for the finale they're off the stage and the rows of baby trees that represent the set for the orchard come up from slits on the ground and it looks like they're sprouting it's very cool - evan thinks his anxiety is clearing up in act i so he stops taking his pills and is p much going thru withdrawal for most of act ii and it's all pretty rocky but his mannerisms in the finale seem to represent some growth in that area which is nice - in you will be found my heart stopped bc he drops his note cards and sits down and picks them up p quick actually but he sits on the ground so long just shaking and trying not to cry - when heidi and evan break away from their hug in so big so small she's sort of cradling him like a baby and he's sort of kneeling off the couch and it's the sweetest thing they both laugh when she sings "when it all feels so big" that time bc he's all grown up now :) - the mannerisms that connor & evan use in sincerely me pointing at each other in stuff sort of returns in disappear when the music picks up it's pretty cute - in words fail u can hear everyone in the theatre actually genuinely sobbing and evan is having p much a full blown panic attack but is trying so hard to explain himself and fix it but he just can't it's heartbreaking - i loved alana from the start of the show but she anyways those were just the things i can remember rn !!!! also fuck me bc i thought there were 2 shows today and that i could just stage door this evening but now i probably won't ever get to see them haha fuck

     You missed spending the morning of your anniversary with Evan due to work, only managing to give him a quick kiss on the cheek when he had woken up at the sound of you shuffling around the room grabbing your shoes and phone, and saying you’d see him later. So you went to work, slugging through with the promise of a nice dinner at one of you and Evan’s favorite restaurants keeping you pepped up throughout the day. You would get home before Evan would, so you spent the time getting ready for the night. When Evan came home, he stared at you from the doorway.

    “You look amazing,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Meme boy (Jared, duh) cuddling headcanons??????

this boy,, loves loves loves to cuddle, despite the lack of PDA.

like in public you’ll put your arm around him and he’s like “ur fucking gay get off” but on the inside he’s like,, mmm gimme the good squish

he really likes to cuddle you and pull you into his lil chubby belly and smooch you all over. like he’ll just kinda. kiss your face. SMORCH

he likes to try and “style your hair” whilst you cuddle, so he’ll take it out of the pony tail and try to braid it, or curl it with his finger or put it half up half down. with the positions you’re in it doesn’t work very well so you end up having your hair shoved up in one of those pineapple hairdos.

you’ll try to massage his arms or his chest or something or even run your hands across his back and he’ll be like ‘if u don’t stop that it’s gonna start to tickle and i will physically combust’

he really likes whenever you’re in his bedroom and you’re walking about and he’s sitting on his bed and he just grabs your hand and pulls you into his lap and kinda just holds you there while he plays video games or does whatever.

he gets very warm very easily,, this big chubby teddy bear of a boy,, so he’ll end up taking off his hoodie or shirt or whatever and when he does his hair just looks so nice and puffy and his glasses are all crooked and he just lays there beside you cuddled up lookin nice as hECK

he often takes snapchats of u and him cuddling and posts them to his story or just sends photos into the group chat being like “who is this get it off me”

he loves when you’re lying down and then you suddenly hike your leg over his body and straddle him and then just flop. down. on top of him and hide your face in his chest,,, he loves that

an actual text conversation that really happened between u and jared:

So maybe you had a paper due in mere hours and maybe you had been pushing it off for days… or weeks, actually, whenever you thought about it. And you were just one paragraph away from your closing but everything just kept smashing together and nothing made sense, so you sat there and wrote and rewrote the same sentence fifty times before it made slightly more sense and then discovered it clashed with another, and then became stuck in a look of rewriting and fixing and then maybe adding another few sentences before growing frustrated.

     “[y/n]?” Evan called, and you let out a soft hum, eyes not budging from your screen. “Are you okay?”
