-Have you ever written fanfiction? In the traditional sense, no. I didn't write the story and post it on a fanfiction site. I'm running a Warcraft dnd campaign and I've written so much in it, come up with characters and stories that I consider it a kind of fanfiction for friends.

-@ your favorite blog. @daphrona I've been following this blog for a long time, always something interesting posted there. Also Daphrona actively supported my artworks (for which I am very grateful). And writes awesome fanfiction!

-Describe yourself in three words. This question is more complicated than it seems :) Creative, because my whole life is connected with creativity in one field or another. Diplomatic, that's how I was raised. Passionate, if I like something, then I completely go into it.

-Favorite extinct animal? The dodo bird

-Describe your aesthetic I'm not very familiar with the aesthetic trends, but my fave clothing style is somewhere between y2k and witchcore. If there is an aesthetic of a mad mage living in his closed tower, doing his own nonsense and cursing everyone who calls him mad, then this is closer to my lifestyle.

What's some of the art/artists you learned from? It feels so classic fantasy but but your grasp of anatomy is honestly better than a lot of anything I can think of off the top of my head, like your people are better looking than a lot of official wow art lol. I don't know where to find other similar art to yours, I'd love to see what you've been inspired by. You also just have a great sense of color, I never really learned color theory and have no instinct for it either, I'm curious if you learned it from being taught it/learning some sort of set of rules you follow in your head or is it more from just observing patterns in art you liked and deriving your own set of guidelines from that? Hi! I was taught a lot at the art academy - anatomy, composition, etc., but I always had a craving for bright colors, even my diploma was called "In search of color." At university, I developed a love for dry brush techniques, and in digital it turned into crayons and charcoal. There we were taught to draw based on famous artists of our country - Ilya Repin, Viktor Vasnetsov and Nikolai Roerich. So are foreign artists Maxfield Parrish and Newell Wyeth. But these are academics. Since I spend most of my life on geeky stuff like manga, comics, and dnd, I unwittingly borrow something from there. The artist I learned to draw from the most is Gerald Brom. He's my favorite artist, he has amazing colors, characters, and my favorite is skin color. I borrowed the faces and skin tones from him. He painted for Blizzards and actually the most famous Diablo art is his work. My second favorite artist is Adrian Smith. He is one of those who created the visual style of Warhammer. I borrowed from him a love for working out details down to the smallest detail and how to work out armor. I also really like Wayne Reynolds- he painted for Blizzards and drew art for Dnd. He has a very interesting dynamic and composition. I can't help but borrow poses from mangakas and comic book artists-Hirohiko Araki and Alex Ross are my favorites. Usually, before creating a drawing, I take a long time to select references, everything that the eye likes and collect on a separate sheet. My main passion is the faces of the characters. I strive to make sure that my faces don't look the same. The art with the scarlet crusaders was conceived as a face practice. Sooner or later, in the process of drawing, your own style appears, and the further you go, the more unique it becomes. So, it's a combination of many years of watching and learning. The answer turned out to be long, but I'm ready to endlessly discuss the sources of inspiration and artists! Thanks for the question
