- Tom Holland's contract includes 6 films and the possibility of a 7th project
- A second Spiderman trilogy after Spiderman 3 is to follow Peter Parker through college, include an alliance with X-Men characters Firestar and Iceman, and befriend Johhny Storm from Fantastic Four
- Marvel Studios will be responsible and co-finanace all Spiderman related movies in exchange for 30% of revenue
- Sony pictures will have distribution rights while Disney acquires "digital and online rights for Disney Plus and affiliated TV networks"
- Marvel Studios will be responsible and co-finanace live action spinoffs of Spiderverse under the same terms
- Venom will be integrated into the MCU
- Disney will grant permission for TV programs of live action Spiderverse spinoffs to Sony Pictures (Sony only has Spiderman film rights as opposed to TV rights which belong to Disney)
- Disney would like to come to an agreement before Marvel's panel at D23 Expo on Saturday
