When Evenhood started back in 2016 it promoted the concept of neurodiversity in the workplace. I soon found that to be a word which hadn't gained a foothold yet. Four years later and the concept of having a workplace that benefits from diversity of personality, ways of thinking, behaviours and ideas is gaining ground. This FT article, quoting widely from the respected Prof Simon Baron-Cohen, extols the virtues of a neurodiverse workplace. Worth a read.
