If: Erebor never fell.
Thorin is still the prince of Erebor, his grandfather retires and father takes the crown. Thorin is still busy, but at least Frerin and Dis are always by his side. Kili is learning how to walk and Fili is already helping around. Thorin is rearranging books in the archive with Fili insist on helping. Stubborn little pebble, just like his mom and uncles.
