Pluto is a dwarf planet, and thats okay

I love Pluto as much as anyone, and its *okay* that she’s a dwarf planet. Pluto has other cute friends out in her part of the woods

She just isn’t in the same plane of orbit as the other planets. Look at that orbit, its cray:

We can accept Pluto as she is, we don’t need to push her into a mold.  Insisting that Pluto is a planet isn’t accepting her as her true self.  She is a small, wild, free little dwarf planet and I love her

day 1. i miss you ocean smile, i miss you artist eyes, i miss you violet maroon. i miss the way that your hand fits in mine, the ridiculous names we give it, walking on a planet blue.  i feel like a painting.   day 13. it is full moon in an obsidian bay, and i keep thinking of how you complete me in places i didn’t know were empty. a part of me is terrified of how much i want to kiss you. day 26. days without you are out of orbit, running on low gasoline, my rocket’s about to crash, please give me somewhere to land.  day 28. i miss the feeling of your arms around my neck. this helmet is too heavy and i am still struggling to breathe. everything is cold. day 35. i’m not going to call it what it would be, but what it feels like because you are no memory, you are a living moment and i am so grateful to be alive beside you. no distance can define this. i’m getting better at signalling home.  day 45. this is just fact. you’re a legend from my head, a girl who i want to write into the stars and know i never will truly be able to reach that far but i’ll try baby, i’ll try to get us a constellation. you deserve it. we are no moon people, but you are something outer space.
