Okay she's a computer scientist who built her own mecha in secret. Canonically sapphic, couldn't get over her dead wife even a thousand years later. She's "not like the other immortal space billionaires," she's actually soooooo sad and lonely and fucked up and toxic. She's got abandonment issues so bad from being an orphan and losing her wife that she would kidnap a girl she likes and drag her to outer space just to be with her. She levitates! She is super sad and toxic!

Unfortunately the narrative mostly uses her as a deus ex machina and a means to infodump about Far Zenith. My feelings about her can be best described as that meme that goes "I hate you… but I love you… but I hate you." Have I mentioned she loves classical art? She has a bunch of it stuffed inside her doomsday bunker. It's been her coping mechanism ever since she was a kid. Her ass will NOT even wait until you've grieved your friend who literally just died right in front of your eyes before infodumping to you about art ‼️

I love how Kyubey has a super cute design and at first he seems like your typical magical girl show mascot and then you find out he's the main villain and is stealing girls' souls and turning them into sentient zombies and forcing them to battle magical girls who were depressed / used up too much magic yes he has good intentions and is ultimately going to save the universe and he genuinely doesn't understand human emotions and I respect his intentions but me and the rest of the fandom hate him but like him as a character he deserved to be killed by Homura several times in the series
