The cabin had become something of a sanctuary for the three of you, but sanctuary didn’t mean perfection. Logan, Wade, and you were still figuring out how to exist in this unconventional relationship. If the first few weeks had been about adjusting, the third week was all about figuring out the hard stuff: boundaries, jealousy, and most importantly, balance.
Mornings with Logan and Wade were... chaotic.
The first clash came over something as mundane as breakfast.
You were in the kitchen, trying to make coffee, when Wade bounded in, still wearing his pajamas, which happened to be a unicorn onesie this morning. He swept you into a dramatic dip.
“Good morning, my love,” Wade sang, spinning you around. “How do you like your Deadpool served today? Scrambled, sunny-side up, or with a generous helping of innuendos?”
Logan walked in mid-spin, stopping dead in his tracks. His gaze darted from you, laughing helplessly, to Wade’s ridiculous onesie.
“You’re gonna drop her,” Logan growled, crossing his arms.
Wade set you upright but didn’t let go, leaning casually against the counter while you caught your breath. “Oh, come on, Grumpy Claws. Jealous I got to her first this morning?”
“Jealous? Of what? You looking like a damn mascot?” Logan shot back, moving past Wade to grab the coffee pot.
You sighed, caught in the middle of their daily sparring. Wade loved to push Logan’s buttons, and Logan always bit back. It was their love language, though it could be exhausting.
“Okay, that’s enough,” you said firmly, stepping between them. “Logan, you get first coffee rights. Wade, no dipping me before I’ve had caffeine. Deal?”
Wade gave you a mock salute. “Yes, ma’am.”
Logan muttered something about Wade being a nuisance, but the corner of his mouth twitched, a sign he wasn’t as annoyed as he pretended to be.
Afternoons were when Logan's patience was tested.
You’d planned to spend a quiet day training in the woods, just you and Logan. Wade, of course, had tagged along, claiming he didn’t want to be left out of the “bonding experience.”
Logan had begrudgingly allowed it, though his jaw had tightened when Wade interrupted your sparring session for the third time with unsolicited commentary.
“Wow, Logan, did you see that move? She almost knocked you flat on your—”
“Wade,” Logan cut him off, his claws unsheathing with a snikt. “I swear if you don’t stop talking—”
“Relax, Claws! I’m just here for moral support.” Wade grinned, lounging against a tree with his swords propped beside him. “And maybe to admire her form. Nice footwork, babe.”
You shot Wade a warning look, though you couldn’t help the laugh bubbling up. Logan glared at him but let it go, focusing back on the fight.
Evenings were when the three of you found peace—mostly.
After dinner, the three of you settled onto the couch to watch a movie. Wade had insisted on something “romantic,” though his definition of romance turned out to be Terminator 2.
Logan grumbled but didn’t object, sitting on one side of you while Wade claimed the other. It had become routine now, this quiet time together.
Halfway through the movie, you felt Logan’s hand brush against yours, his fingers curling around yours with surprising gentleness. Wade noticed immediately.
“Aw, look at you two,” he teased, leaning over to wrap an arm around your shoulders. “All cozy and cute. I want in on this action!”
Before you could protest, Wade pulled a blanket over all three of you, managing to somehow wedge himself between you and Logan.
Logan groaned. “You’re worse than a damn cat.”
“Yeah, but you love me,” Wade shot back, grinning.
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help smiling. As chaotic as it was, this was your new normal, and despite the bumps along the way, it felt... right.
It wasn’t all laughs, though. There were moments when the cracks showed, like when Logan stormed off after an argument with Wade, or when you found yourself overwhelmed by the pressure of trying to keep everyone happy.
One evening, after a particularly tense day, you found Logan sitting outside on the porch, staring out into the woods. His expression was dark, his jaw set tight.
You sat beside him, letting the silence linger for a moment before speaking. “You okay?”
He sighed, running a hand through his hair. “I don’t know if I can do this,” he admitted. “It’s not... normal.”
“Since when have any of us been normal?” you said gently, placing a hand on his.
He looked at you then, his gaze softening. “I just don’t want to screw this up. You mean too much to me.”
Your heart ached at the vulnerability in his voice. Logan wasn’t one to open up easily, and hearing him admit this was proof of how much he cared.
“You’re not screwing anything up,” you assured him. “This is new for all of us, but we’ll figure it out. Together.”
He nodded, his grip on your hand tightening. And as the door opened behind you, Wade stepped out, uncharacteristically quiet.
“Am I interrupting something deep and meaningful?” he asked, though his tone lacked its usual teasing edge.
You smiled, reaching out to pull him into the conversation. “Not at all. Come sit.”
Wade hesitated for a moment before joining you, his usual bravado replaced by a rare sincerity. “Look, I know I can be... a lot. But I’m serious about this. About us. I want it to work.”
For the first time, you saw the two of them share a look—not one of annoyance, but of understanding.
“Then let’s make it work,” Logan said simply.
You squeezed both their hands, feeling a wave of warmth wash over you. It wouldn’t be easy, but for the first time, you felt like the three of you were truly in this together.

ladynoir platonic intimacy...hugging after difficult battles...holding hands while talking about their rough day in what little detail they can provide...resting their heads on each other's shoulders while they sit on a rooftop surveying the city from above...chat noir kissing ladybug's hand...whispering jokes in each other's ears...chat noir with his head in ladybugs lap while she gently strokes his hair...having each other as a shoulder to cry on.....yeah
