As of the above apology letter, this Weibo account posted many insults and spoilers against xiaozhan, including personal attacks, this cause damages to the public, this account was permanently deleted after making an apology.

so are his opponents, since the past 2 yrs, XZ has entrusted a lawyer to sue many anti-fans, He has also  repeatedly sued a number of individuals or organizations for violating his online image rights. Xiao Zhan's office is very determined to not tolerate bad behavior that affects XZ's rights and honour. XZ often entrusts lawyers to collect evidence to sue in court. On September 27, the court issued a judgment to enforce the debt evasion case of Li Kefei for not paying 48,700 in court ordered compensation to XZ within the allotted time. Previously, the court ruled that, Li Kefei must write a letter of apology and the dependent must pay the plaintiff XZ's compensation 32,170 yuan. Li Kefei wrote a letter of apology but refused to pay the compensation as promised. After that, XZ's side filed a lawsuit on July 12 about the enforcement of judgment against Li Kefei. After considering the circumstances the court declared Li Kefei to become Lao Chase. These are people who are convicted of "evading debt", have money but refuse to pay according to the court's penalty.  Those who are considered as Lao Chase will have their personal information disclosed on the credit information website. This is XZ's online piracy case. Li Kefei has not fulfilled its payment obligations as prescribed by applicable laws within the time period specified in the notice. Therefore the court issued a legal order related to 'consumption restriction' , to avoid costly and unnecessary consumptions acts in life and work.

The content of the ban for Li Kefei includes;

(1) When using public transport such as airplanes , trains, ships please choose class 2 or higher.

(2) Prohibit the use of hotels, night clubs, golf courses and other places.

(3) Prohibit buying high class real estate or newly built, remodeled or renovated houses.

(4) Prohibit leasing office buildings, hotels, apartments, and other places (for office work).

(5) Prohibit the purchase of non essential vehicles for business activities.

(6) Prohibition of traveling and resorting.

(7) It is forbidden to pay school fees for children in private schools with high tution fees.

(8) Prohibit paying high fees for insurance and wealth management products.

(9) Ban all seats on EMU-G head trains, and first class seats on other EMU ships.

(10) Other types of trains prohibit first class tickets.

(11) Prohibit other unnecessary acts.

If you wish to engage in the above prohibited consumption activities due to the necessities of life, you must apply to the court and you can only do the above activities with the approval of the court. If the above consumption restrictions are violated the court will fine you or detain you according to the law. If the conduct is serious enough and constitutes a crime, you will be criminally prosecuted according to the law on september 27, 2022. As such, XZ's side has been very resolute against acts that infringe on his legitimate rights and interest. In recent times, there has been continues information about XZ suing units for individuals violations of his right to use his online portrait. Hopefully, with this decisive actions from XZ's side it will limit his image infringing acts for profit. This penalty is also a warning voice to other subjects.
