i went to see the special G Rosso shows with the kingohger actors on january 2nd and 3rd! here's my little report on the 11am rita/jeramie/kaguragi show~~ it was so good and fun waa!! T-T

(ramblings of a jeramie fan below)

jeramie/masashi ikeda was so beautiful i thought i was gonna pass out. i still cant believe i saw him IN THE FLESH. i literally could not stop staring at him I COULDNT BELIEVE HE WAS REAL!!!😭 he was smiling constantly and he looked soo happy :'((

when it was jeramies turn to talk the first thing he says is that hes friends with all the kings now and that we should all cherish our friends too aaAAAGGHH

also he had WAYYY TOO MUCH FUN ON STAGE IS2G SOMEONE NEEDED TO SHUT HIM UP!! that man ALWAYS had smth to say even if it wasnt his turn LOL 💀 every time jeramie said smth like 俺も好き♡ (i love you too) or いい夢を♡ (sweet dreams) the lady hosting would be like “uh oh the audience are all blushing now😭😭 but im afraid we must move on!” im glad this theater kid spider had fun being on stage,

also minor detail but it gets me so bad: he kept waving to the audience and he always did it with his bugnarak hand😭😭 and he literally wouldnt stop waving even when the others were talking im sure he waved back to every single kid/person who waved at him wahh

also he really went BAAANG at the audience unprompted out of nowhere and everyone screamed.. (i hear he went crazy with the BAANGs in a later show). speaking of things he did unprompted he made heart hands for 0,1 seconds and apparently a lot of people missed that BUT I SAW IT. I SWEAR IM NOT CRAZY AND SPREADING MISINFORMATION AKSHDJS

when all three of them came closer to wave at the audience everyone all went jeramieee!!! jeramieee!! and kaguragi (still smiling) was like "kaguragi is here too~" KSHSHDBBDDBJ

the kids love jeramie its true… i also saw a little boy dressed up as him and it was the cutest thing ever i couldve CRIED....

ah... i can die happy now....... :')

i also saw the yan/hime/gira show so i may draw my memories of that one too when i have the time!! i just had to get the jeramie one out of my system first KAHDJKFSD

Hideharu Suzuki, who is the talk of the town for "No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger", was selected through an audition despite having almost no acting experience. What kind of idol research did he do to prepare for the role? [Persons to watch] Who is Suzuki Hideharu, the popular actor from "No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger"?

Suzuki was born on November 7, 2003 in Kanagawa Prefecture. He made his debut in the entertainment industry after participating in the "Model Audition 2023" of the magazine "JJ" (Kobunsha). In the same year, he made his television debut as a post office worker in the TBS Tuesday drama "My Second Youth". In 2025, he was selected to play the role of Gozyu Leon/Byakuya Rikuo in "No. 1 One Sentai Gozyuger" due to his gorgeous appearance and physical ability.

"No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger" is your first TV appearance since "My Second Aoharu". How did you feel when you passed the audition and what were the reactions from those around you?

Suzuki: Of course I was happy, but I was more surprised. It was like a dream to be able to transform into the hero I had always wanted to be since I was a child. At the same time, I felt like my life was about to change completely, and I was anxious because I had almost no acting experience, but I couldn't help but look forward to the new challenge. After the broadcast, I received a lot of contact from friends and family. Everyone sent me congratulatory messages, and it really felt like I was appearing.

In "No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger," you play the former super idol Byakuya Rikuo/Gozyu Leon. Were there any difficulties or tricks you took in preparing for the role?

Suzuki: Byakuya Rikuo is a "former super idol," so I studied real idols and idol anime. I had a lot of trouble with Rikuo's two-sided nature, his idol-like side and his human side, and I thought a lot about how to express that well. Rikuo uses a lot of gestures, so it was difficult to create the character's personality using places and objects. But I had planned to go all out in playing Rikuo from the beginning, so I don't feel embarrassed about anything when I'm acting. I think I've become the character in a good way.

Please tell us how you felt when you were offered to throw the first pitch at the Seibu Lions. And how did you feel after the first pitch?

Suzuki: I was surprised because I didn't expect it. I used to play baseball and dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player, so I was filled with joy at being able to stand on the mound of a professional in this way. I'm very grateful because I think it was made possible by a combination of various things, such as the 50th anniversary of Super Sentai, the 75th anniversary of the Pacific League, and the lion motif that is the same as mine. The first pitch went by in a flash! I was conscious of throwing it right in the middle, so I was glad that I was able to get a strike. I was also happy that the cheers after I threw were so loud. Opportunities like this are rare, so I'm very grateful to the people involved for allowing me to spend a special day, and I was once again impressed by how amazing professional baseball players are, as they continue to throw multiple pitches under pressure!

What are your future goals as an actor?

Suzuki: I want to improve my acting skills and appear in various productions to broaden the range of roles I can play, and someday I would like to play the lead role in a movie or drama. My goal is to move people's emotions with the works I appear in. I'm very curious, so I'd like to try anything I've never done before. Maybe even living on a deserted island on a variety show (laughs)!

A Q&A to learn more about Suzuki Hideharu

Q1. What led to your debut?

Suzuki: It all started when I was scouted about two years ago. I was originally interested in the entertainment industry, and since I was a university student and job hunting was just around the corner, I thought, "If I'm going to do what I want to do, now's the time. I want to do something different from other people," and decided to give it a try.

Q2. Favorite food/disliked food

Suzuki: My favorite foods are sushi and ramen. I especially like shellfish, such as whelks and ark shells, among other sushi. I could eat them every day, and I always order them when I go to a sushi restaurant. My least favorite food is tomatoes.

Q3. Favorite type

Suzuki: Someone with a lovely smile.

Q4. Favorite saying

Suzuki: Happiness comes to those who laugh.

Q5. This is the one thing I can do better than anyone else!

Suzuki: Tolerance.

Q6. If you were to give yourself a catchphrase, what would it be and why?

Suzuki: The typical O type. They are generous and tolerant, but also quite rough around the edges, and express their emotions very well.

Q7. Secret to keeping your shape

Suzuki: I try to take vitamins and make an effort to move my body as much as possible every day.

Q8. What are you into lately?

Suzuki: Collecting No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger goods. I have an altar at home (laughs).

Q9. What was your latest first experience?

Suzuki: MV shooting and the opening pitch. I was given the opportunity to do both in relation to No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger, and I'm very happy to have had the chance to meet Byakuya Rikuo/Gozyu Leon. Everything about this work is new to me, so it's been a great stimulus for me.

Q10. Who do you most want to meet right now?

Suzuki: My family. Everyone has been busy lately so we don't have much time to hang out, so I'd like to meet up with my family for the first time in a while and go on a trip together.

Q11. What are you most passionate about right now?

Suzuki: Acting & "No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger". Right now, filming for this work is at the center of my life. It's all new to me, and I think there are many experiences that can only be had with a special effects hero, so I want to cherish them. Even when I'm not filming, the work is always on my mind.

Q12. What are you worried about right now?

Suzuki: Rough skin. I have naturally sensitive skin and it gets easily irritated by UV rays and sweat, so I'm looking for a good skin care method.

Q13. How did you overcome your anger?

Suzuki: When I get irritated, I try to think from the other person's point of view. When I think that maybe the other person wasn't doing it on purpose, or that something unpleasant happened to them, I feel that it can't be helped and calm down. I also try not to make the other person's thoughts conform to my own values, but to accept that "this person is just that kind of person." Since each person has their own values, I no longer get angry as much when I start to think that things that I think are different are normal for the other person.

Q14. Current dream

Suzuki: I want to write a song. I want to play an instrument, and I want to try my hand at video production! I like creative things, so I enjoy creating something. I also like planning, and when I went camping with my family when I was little, I would come up with the schedule and seating chart and make a travel guidebook (laughs).

Q15. The secret to making your dreams come true

Suzuki: Take action! I think it's important to continue taking firm action towards what you want to do. When I was a university student, I was taught that "first impressions are important in interviews" during job hunting, and this knowledge has also helped me in auditions. There are hints in everyday life, so I think it's important to approach everything with the belief that it has meaning.
