Inktober 15 Legend Icynth could not defeat the champions—no villain could, although many tried. Because this was just one story that the children who were Nara, Feirne, and Trivin told each other. The greatest legends are the ones that are all your own. [ The End ]

Inktober Day 14: Overgrown Outraged by seeing her castle reduced to ash, Icynth uses her magic to grow to the size of colossal giant—which doesn't intimidate Feirne, Trivin, Nara, and the dragon in the least!

Nara and her dragon test the flammability of Icynth's castle, with encouraging results. The flames begin to melt the icy walls of Feirne's prison . . .

Nara and her ally—a golden dragon—arrive at the castle. Icynth isn’t going to like what happens next . . .

Ready to rescue Feirne, Trivin silently sneaks past the castle walls . . .

Inktober Day 8: Frail

With Feirne captive--and the other champions kept busy trying to rescue her--Icynth uses her magic to freeze the crops of Elnoreth as a warning to any who might oppose her.

Nara heads towards the forest of Himblethire to make an ally of her own.

Inktober Day 6: Husky

The sled dogs of the Frost Orcs sped towards The Winter Castle—Trivin didn't even have to crack the whip.

Inktober Day 5: Build

Trivin learned of Feirne's capture and made allies with the Frost Orcs, who dwell in the mountains by Icynth’s castle. She quickly built trust by assuring them that any orcs imprisoned by Icynth would be freed. They promised her a safe and fast passage.

"Wait—fast?" wondered Trivin. There were miles and miles of snowy terrain ahead.

Inktober Day 4: Freeze Feirne’s temper had been piqued: she was sure that Icynth was behind all the troubles that had plagued Elnoreth. Especially the whole zombie thing. She charged into Icynth’s castle—right into the sorcerer's trap. - - - - How is Inktober treating everyone? I seem to alternate between having fun and then just grinding my teeth . . .

Inktober Day 3: Bait Nara is a sorcerer—so naturally her castle is a target for thieves seeking powerful magic. Like any good host, she provides a healing potion for uninvited guests about to be hit by her magic missile.

II: MINDLESS They have fought many battles together—most recently, when undead hordes began unearthing themselves at Sepulach Hill. If the zombies had known who they were dealing with, they would have stayed underground. But that's not really how being a zombie works. These luckless undead were summoned by Icynth, Sorceress of the North. We'll learn more about her later.
