i really went two whole days without purging at all and i felt proud but i ate one mozzarella stick and a chicken tender today and i just could not keep it in :( it’s easier to do just liquids than actual food

i had a breakdown earlier this week where maybe i want to recover. but i’ve had three people tell me i look so good and thin and that they’re proud of me, and now i want to never really eat again :/
